I'm making a pet based necromancer and i wonder, is there a way to summon up creatures already set at aggressive stance? It's annoying having to change it everytime i resummon something. Also, is there a way to select the enslaved spirit or set it to aggressive stance? It tends to only stand around, like a summon set to normal stance. I really need to hack this somehow :)

Not too sure about both of those queries to be honest. Perhaps the fanpatch addressed those issues. I am not sure, but it might be worth a check. They usually list the improvements on the fanpatch page.

Here's why you don't want Arcane Blast:

At level 9, the Liche King gets Soul Blight, which is almost like Study Prey, since it nukes resistances in a large area. When you max the base Liche King, he can take 58% off all resistances with it. If you have Arcane Blast, he uses Soul Blight less often, and Soul Blight is really the best reason to have him.

i find the base skill of deathchill aura to not really be that useful since it barely reduces any health. do you like it because it slows down enemies?

It's an all right skill. I won't say it's compulsory to max it. Though if one does max it, the health reduction it causes at max lvl is not so bad. And yes of course, the slowing is good too. Though the main gems of that tree are Ravages of Time and Necrosis.

how about the att points for a dual wielder. just 1:1 in str and dex? or more in str?

I am lv 10 now. still only warfare. i do very well i think

but why is the assassin not so good?

Depends on the class, but most likely I'd say 2:1 in str:dex. Assassin is all right, but it's a) much harder to keep alive late game, and b) it's mostly limited to just swords if you wish to dual wield (unless you find a Thorny Maul).

If a good dual wielder is what you want, then I'd advise either a Harbinger or a Spellbreaker. I think both are pretty great at dual wielding, killing fast and are very fun classes. Harbinger is a bit better at staying alive though.

No. Hydra only appears on legendary difficulty.

3 x bosses is a mod called Xmax. It increases the number of normal monsters and multiplies the number of each boss by 3, so you get 3x Hydra, 3x Telkine, 3x Typhon, 9x Gorgons (since there's 3 normally), etc.

Yep. When you have xmax, you can play the whole game in it.

Thanks. I was actually thinking of doing that. Though I don't think it'll happen any time now since I haven't been too motivated to play TQ. Once I do though I'll start a new character and will do a walkthrough.

To have a credit card you need to pretty much have a serious job. Even I don't have one. Lol. But you should have a debit card. I mean how old are you? If you don't have one maybe you can ask your parents.

If you can't find it in your local game shop, try buying it from Steam or perhaps from online retailers such as Amazon (it costs hardly anything on that).

With a bill? Do you mean cash? I don't know. Not online. Online shopping is usually done with credit or debit cards. In a shop you can buy it with cash.

Harbinger would probably be a bit less gear-dependent, because Dream mastery I think provides better defence than Spirit mastery.

Well if he's doing fine as he is, then you shouldn't feel bad. My Thane doesn't dual wield, but it's a good idea to make them dual wield.

I agree. These builds videos aren't entertaining. They're more informative. I do have gameplay videos on some classes though, Spellbreaker included. Just check them out among my uploads. They'll be quite a fair way down.

hmm not sure about the life drain tree. i maxed it for my conjurer and its still useful to take down large groups of enemies.

@TheMrComic well in my opinion it is pretty good at normal difficulty but at epic and legendary difficulty it becomes pretty weak.Doesn't do much damage

But i have a couple of questions:

1.What do you mean when you say that some skills are bugged?What does that mean?

2.Are you sure about Arcane Blast?I think its pretty good.It does a lot of damage.

1) Triumph and Ravages of Time do not give all of the bonuses that are on the description. I am not sure which ones they do give (I think I triumph only gives the stun resistance reduction). So in the Fanpatch 1.17 they got fixed and so now they do give all of the bonuses they supposed to. You can find and download that fanpatch on the TQ forums.

2) I am not entirely sure about the Arcane blast. Perhaps worth asking some people on the forums.

@TheFuentes5551 if you want to use arcane blast you should choose to make some kind of mage like oracle. but if you want warfare tree with spirit you should stick with dual wielding since you'll get better bonuses to your damage.
