The "green" cards are a horrible idea. Not only are they made of paper, but it also takes energy to produce the cards, fossil fuels to ship them to the stores that are going to sell them, more paper to produce the envelopes (unless they're the folding type that act as their own envelopes), etc. Just send an e-card or take the time to talk to friends IN PERSON about the environment. Seriously, this has to be one of the stupidest ideas on the apprentice to date!
