@EmoberryProductions Monkeys are gregarious animals, they need other monkeys to live with unlike dogs, and also unlike dogs that really have little to do with their natural counterparts these monkeys need forests and places where they can climb. Putting them in leash to unnatural environment is completely different thing than keeping pet dog in leash. Also monkeys are pretty much more intelligent so they probably feel pain from that kind of unnatural living.
