the only way to bring about peace is to withdraw to the 1967 borders, allow palestinians to govern themselves with out illegal occupation settlements and checkpoints running their lives, have the palestinians use east jerusalem as their capital which is already 99% populated by palestinians, also allow freedom of movement and goods to the villages and cities, and finally the right to return for all displaced palestinians living in refugee camps and abroad in other countries.

I am getting tired of reading about the many failures to achieve a negotiated solution. Perhaps it would be best if the parties decided to go to war and resolve the situation by a full blown war.

Israel was in the distant past and is now again the land belonging to the Jews. There is no occupation.
Sure, the Romans overran them and scattered the Jews to just about every corner of the world and thus Jerusalem fall under Roman and then Ottoman sovereignty but the land known as Israel is still owned by the Israelites, the Jews. At least after the reestablishment in 1948.
