They don't need your permission to use this because you have already posted your video on a public web site forum giving anybody access to them. All they did was show it to extra people. No different than the "share" feature on YT.

So NO you cant sue them and they did nothing wrong. If you dont want anyone to see these than you shouldnt post them on a public site such as YT!
