Check out Archie's performance of "Zero Gravity" in Columbus Ohio. That will end all the discussion about comfort zones, etc. David is already a star in Malaysia and Singapore and about to do the same in the UK. American idol was kid stuff. David is a first rate pop star now.

because AI is a competition and people root for their favorite, there is a tendency to be "for' or "against" a particular contestant, even after the show ends. Blake and Archie are both very talented, and will have whatever careers their talent allows. Good luck to both of them.

no one admits that they are both very talented...its seems as tho artist themselves are the only ones who actually think that the other is talented

and som ppl never giv a chance to listen to blake's singing

theyre just focused on the beatboxing, that they never giv him a chance...

mayb not as good as the other contestants and definitely not deserved to be in Final 2 with that voice, but he can sing

American idol does not really showcase the talent of the contestants. That's why a lot of really good singers have been eliminated prematurely. I thought Blake was really good, and very entertaining. He's one of the very few AI contestants I would actually go to see in person. Archie fans, like me, are very rabid and protective of him, so we can say some dumb stuff every now and then.(LOL)

I was a david cook fan who was glad that Cook won the show, but for blake to say that Archie is boring is hypocritical. Let me explain Archuleta I felt should have picked more songs that went out of his comfort zone but he got to the finals because of his huge vocal range. Blake on the other hand got to the finals because he can beatbox and sing a little bit. Like I said my favorite was Cook over Archie, but Archie has a much better voice than blake.

I listened to Blake's perfomance of "Imagine" and compared it with Archie's. Just be glad you weren't on this year's show, bro. Archie's version was historic, Blake's is "history", if you know what I mean.

well the thing is archie used a version another person already arranged. i believe it was roberta flack....or it was someone else, but it was definitely a female legend who already did the exact same version as his ages ago.

thats why theres so many runs and a wider range

blake just wanted to use the original by john lennon.

and blake would hav never done imagine on the show if he was on. he only did it cuz of Idol Gives back, and he wouldnt be that stupid

lol, ummm, listening to this reminds me of what a loser blake was trying so hard to win, but sound horrible. ugh, can't believe i found this. cook can actually peace out, not archuleta. cook doesn't have his own style of singing. his voice is trying way too hard to be sound like a lot of those heavy metals in the 80's as archuleta sings with his own voice from the beginning of the show. don't hate! a comment from blake means nothing, he cant sing himself,lol. this video can peace out!!!
