@hotmontage tactical knife is a weapon attachment so each kill with it is considered a kill with the weapon but the way to get it in the first place is to use the preset class. or have a friend that already has the tac knife to kill them selves and you pick up theres and get the kills. hope this helped you :)

if u wanna get cold blooded pro (u need to shoot SOMETHINF) get a lmg, destroy a pavelow, and when it is swilrling away shoot at it with the lmg, each bullet that hits the pavelow counts as one destroyed kill streak

I Think you should just, stay at level 70 non prestiged, because since you're only using your blade, it'll be hard to get cold-blooded pro and so. so.. if i do get cold blooded pro why do it another 10 times, when u gutta knife like 40 sentries. so yeah gl decided.
