  • Nicely done, well thought through. Meaningful, short and to the point. Wish there were more videos like this one. Thank you for taking the time to put it together.

  • omg id hate to fuck with you hahahaha i would get rocked.

  • Like it. but I noticed two things u need to tuck your chin and elbows. ur chin is open way too much. u open ur elbow .not much but enough. I.found a third.every 4th punch add power that would be good u dont wont to put urself out there and not gain ne thing.. good job!

  • @savageinhell thx, good comments.

  • reading that dumbass comment, that cat clearly doesnt know that the best MMA fighters get trained to box by Freddy Roach: BJ Penn, Anderson Silva, Tito Ortiz, GSP the list goes on and on all these guys have a huge respect for boxing but the mma fans seem so intimidated by boxing that they go out of their way to trash it but dont have a clue what theyre talking about,MOST but not ALL mma fans have no class and are very insecure about their favorite sport, i respect MMA but some guys gtta grow up

  • my debut in professional boxing is the next mounth, this is a good combination to do it! i did it the left cross and is very nice to ko!

    nice video

    sorry for my english

  • nice feet work your fast in hands too

  • thanks for your videos mate . you have your boxing down pat . as you know there's very good money in training people and you have what people need to learn and people will pay you what they can to learn from you

  • @lukedude7o thx, I'm thinking about putting something together one day, maybe just on the side.

  • You're not bad, but with your style it's almost impossible to win from certain types of boxers. Guys who are taller, have a bigger reach, and who can stay on their toes with moving a lot, would jab you senseless. No bad though man.

  • P.S. I wanna ask a question: I noticed that when you starting making your combos, you step on the ground with your whole feet. Is this intentional and does it make you more stable in your attack or something? And also I was told by my coach that each punch must be complemented by a foot step (even a small one) but I see that you're just using your body movement - what's the right way to do it?

  • Respect, man! I'm 25 and started boxing some 6 months ago. I've never liked any sport in my life till now but now I'm in love with boxing. I'm feeling good when I'm in the gym and I hope that I will reach your level one day! Keep up!

  • great speed man

  • I fucking love Boxing!!! Some fights maybe boring to watch, but man when you do it...it's a lot of fun! There weren't any gyms where I grew up just some Taw-Kwon Do classes. I liked boxing more because you keep your feet planted and I seen my cousin beat some "Karate Black Belt". He should have picked on someone his own caliber!

  • fml this guy is PROOOOOOO i hate the fight that guy XD keep it brooo

  • I bet this guy could beat Gayweather

  • So far the best combination punching video on here

  • jeez your beast

  • @tripleVVV3 I just got an eyegasm...this was so fucking beautiful. Thank you my friend ! ;)

  • Great video man and great practical advice! Will look out for you in the future. PeAce

  • Yeah boy

  • You are good. Remind me not to lip off to you if we meet in a bar. :-)

  • Yeah!

  • So many great thing to say about this video! Great boxing, speed, and movment. One of the few videos that you can actually learn something from, and not just see a guy hit a bag. Not just the same basic stuf everybody puts on Youtube, some real thing I can work on! Again, great boxing, good lyck if you're boxing profersionally!

  • deff gets be ready to train ! nice work

  • Man, you are good, ur style, ur speed and ur movements, do u box professionally?

    how old r u?

    Cheers from Germany

  • @pkll12 boxed amateur from early 20's to 30. I'm 36 now.

  • I box as a 178 lb light heavy amatuer, trust me this guy can box. He incorporates quick feet, combos, head movement, and doubles up his punches. The mark of a true boxer!

  • @brendan3552 thx bro, i appreciate the comments

  • @TheSHADMASTER1 HAHAHAHA. That's your* best joke yet. But really, that's what a good boxer looks like.

  • @TheSHADMASTER1 HAHAHAHA. That's you're best joke yet. But really, that's what a good boxer looks like.

  • @TheSHADMASTER1 Do I suck as bad as your 'comedy' vids!? aghem...lol

  • Good job. I've allways trained muay thai, so I only have pretty basic boxing skills. Yet this is the first boxing video i found that taught me something new and interesting. We need more intermediate tutorials.

  • good video bro. just starting. learned alot from your video. real nice work.

  • Good Shit

  • this guy gets disrespect? This is a very good vid.. the dude can box. like they say the bag can be your worst enemy if used wrong -use it like this

  • awesome !!!"!!!!"""""!!!

  • wow great video.. thanks man. ill try this myself

  • what happend to the audio

  • @M055B0RG copyrights...

  • @tripleVVV3

i have a copy of the audio version , i can upload or send it to you if you want

  • @M055B0RG Serious? That would be awesome! How could I get it from you, Dropbox or something like that? I probably wouldn't replace the current version since the search engines are hooked up to that particular link, but I could still use the audio version for my own use.

  • @tripleVVV3

ill upload it to mega upload or medis share , one of those websites , and then i'll just pm you the link , after that ill just delete it from the wesite

  • @tripleVVV3 You rock bro, much appreciated!

  • good video and good advise..nice

  • great combos man I'll try them on my next work out p.s I train muay thai and some mma :D

  • fucking amazing..... awesome

  • Why whenever i watch an awesome boxing tech vid like this ppl keep commenting on MMA.. if you wanna watch an mma vid go do it, Boxing is a different sport to mma. This vid is awesome, shows some great combo punching and head/ feet movement.

  • @misdafuss thx, I appreciate your insight.

  • you're good man. im a boxer myself. nice footwork.

  • this boxer isnt a good example to beginners, he leaves his face open constantly, fair enough he isnt challenging anybody but his other hand isnt in the right position, during the video from what i translated, defending is just as important as attacking, and this person isnt doing this !

  • Nice hand speed and footwork, but you gotta remember to always have your other hand up to your chin else a counter could knock you down. I couldn't really tell from the camera angle but it seemed like your right hand was down during the double and triple hooks. By the way, what's your weight and the weight of the heavy bag?

  • good vid man, nice movement!

  • great footwork my man

  • great footwork my man

  • really sound advice cheers man

  • nice man..youre are the white roy jnoes?

  • damn those were some fast hooks son

  • @Triplevvv3 dont listen to these haters man. If they were true at any fightibg sport they would know to respect all fighting sports. All they show is low class. They are those guys that walk around like they are bad asses just because they only had a few classes and even if they had been training for a while they are still all talk.

  • Great speed footwork , technique, timing and power. Very nice mate, keep up the good work ;)

  • @C0nw0nkIsCool thx bro

  • dude ur fast!!

  • nice work man...and forgot what all these people are saying with disrespect. anyways this is a good video to watch if u are a boxer. i am, and my coach tells me the same thing, double up on the hooks and jabs go low than high and high than low. people say this isn't good technique. actually it is once u apply it to the bag and actually spar. keep up the good work man.

  • @whiteje91 well said, thx!

  • gay

  • the only think youre a professional at is sucking cock. Even if you are pro so what? doesnt mean he isnt good. Youre a dumb fuck if you think otherwise are all styles the same? his footwork and techinque is awesome. Look at mayweather's style as opposed to pacman. One's a classic counter puncher the other is a more aggressive boxer with in and out movement who throws an array of punches from all angles, high volume with extreme power and speed who can also brawl. Both drop their hands at times

  • @didiiscro very true, respect.

  • I would knock this faggot out... He's moving so much... The time I lay a 1,2,3 I'll grab his ass mms style and knee his head.... True stories, boxing is only good for the sport and not real fights.... Mma is much better than boxing alone

  • @Squeaky4CC I actually agree with most of what you said, I've been working on some MMA the last couple years and if I had to fight myself from 2 years ago, the old me would be in a lot of trouble. Sounds like you really need MMA, but it definitely doesn't need you! U talk like a little kid hiding behind MMA like it's your big brother or somethin'. Most good MMA fighters that I know have something you don't, and that's class.

  • @liamag92 middlewieght.

  • @tripleVVV3 MMA is a little too barbaric and childish for me. Like very advanced and dangerous High school fights. Boxing is much more of a sport, classy. I saw my 4 year old brother successfully use the "hammer fist" on his friend. but i have never seen him even try a lead left hook. lol. MMA should trim the fat and cut out some of the silly stuff. Then people wouldnt have to be shit faced to enjoy it

  • @Squeaky4CC but what is MMA without Boxing im a MMA Fighter and also a Boxer from Puerto Rico

  • @Squeaky4CC listen man.. i trained mma for years and there is boxing included but "as a part" of it.On the street when you fight 1 on 1 is mma very good BUT.. if you have multiple opponents then believe me.. BOXING is the best and THE FASTEST solution!!!! Then you don't have the time to take someone down or give high kicks(muay thai),because when you on the ground EVEN IN TOP POSITION you're a very weak person as the other oppenents can hit you easy AND VERY HARD!!

  • Respect for the guy here on the video.. he's fast and his movements are great!!!!I workout a lot on the bag but from this i can learn..

  • @Fadur1 thx

  • @tripleVVV3 you're welcome man! and i watch your combinations and movements regularly to use it bymyself on my heavy bag workouts combined with weightlifting after it!

The problem is i'm a heavyweight and it's a fact that heavyweights just can't move so fast and smooth as lightweights as you and other guys.. so i have to figure out what's possible for me and not..

  • @mrusername09 clearly youre a jealous fuck. you could say that to every fighter you dumb ass cunt. This guy would k.o you, you wouldnt even see it coming, or have time to do anything you pathetic whore. Youre bothered at his greatness and this makes you feel even more like a failure than you already are. Have another beer you fat maggot!

  • Damn dude, you videos are nice. I'm trying to learn boxing on my own cause I don't have access to a gym and from my un-experienced opinion, you got some of the best vids.

I'm gonna be working on footwork and shadowboxing later, thanks for the pointers

  • u have good combinations but too much bouncing around only wears u out ...stick to short slips and weaves and a bob or too

  • Good footwork. I really like he vid. The randomness and unorthodox-ness of your movement had me trying to time your punches when I couldnt, which is the idea. Good shit!

  • @AlbionMuzik thanks!

  • @mrusername09 check my other vids, the hands are up there. but thanks.

  • Good tips.. Thanks for posting... I just started hitting the bag.. I uploaded a video, I could use a few pointers.. Let me know what you think..

  • preety good for a white boy

  • @metan098 thanks, i'll take that. :)

  • @metan098 If you watch fights on youtube of people fighting the white guy usually wins.

  • SHUT THA FUCK UP CLOWN how about me nd u scrap meet u anyplace any time PUSSY

  • @westsidestunna69 You sound upset bro, I've always thought a real man could take a joke.

  • @tripleVVV3 real man dont have time stirring shit on youtube like you do because you have nothing better to do. Youre a failure you insecure fuckwit. This guy would k.o you, and you know it.

  • Your body goes wrong side after the left hook. You should go to the left, not to the right.

  • Nice combos, gave me some ideas, but I fight at 178+ I'm 6'2 so I do all my combos off the jab control distance to avoid those counters. What is your school of thought on that.

  • @arien300 That is awesome, and I agree with that philosophy. Just make sure that you don't fall into a predictable pattern. Variations include: fake then jab, double jab, slip or shoulder drop then jab, jab while stepping back, jab to the chest or shoulder of opponents right shoulder, jab while stepping out left, jab and slip at same time etc... you know what I mean. break up your rhythm and don't become predictable.

  • @arien300 he pretty much gave you perfect advise for your style. In addition work that jab low high alot , body head, then mix it up feint to the body and snap it up to the head. even head body head all with the jab. Once you got him pestered and thinking about that jab send a fake jab about halfway to the body and bring the rear hand looping over the top with a power shot. You can attempt this several times since most people dont adjust that well.

  • ur left hooks hav terrible technique bro

  • @McVeighBeats even if that were true it would still be a million times better than yours faggot!

  • @didiiscro erm im a professional u idiot, u clearly dont know boxin, if u think his technique is gud

  • @TheBlueEggs ya my inside punch combinations are quite good, its just i need to learn how to get inside first to be able to punch. I have trouble getting close, because i always flinch therefore i wont dodge fast enough.

  • Comment removed

  • @yuallday you sound like a fucking idiot

  • @jimmyPain2121 yo grandma a fucking idiot, dont get yo white ass fucked up

  • @yuallday ahaha ohh ur black? no wonder... I was thinking you were just some retarded white American who cant articulate comments or use proper englis. now that i know your black it all makes sense, try reading a fucking book

  • @jimmyPain2121 u a pussy ass cracker who talks shit on youtube and wen it gets in a real life situation u one scared ass bitch am i right???i think i am..so u can take yo white ass on sumwhere with that shit...and u missed an "h" in english bitch..and stop tryna be cool all ur life

  • @yuallday lol your going to fuck me up? and ur asking how much a punching bag is??? stupid arrogant black cunt go read a book and a get a fucking job

  • Comment removed

  • @yuallday retard

  • @TheBlueEggs and u got sum shit to say 2...dont get yo ass shot up

  • Very good footwork

  • Exactly what every trainer tells you.

  • thanks man for all the tutorials and videos, i'm a pretty big guy and just working my way up on the rounds. Working on the slipping and ducking, anyways, thanks again, bless you

  • yeah anyone who says that this isn't good, doesn't know a lick about Boxing. The Footwork is done very well...and the in and out movement is spot on.

  • 28 people can't box

  • u move well

  • Superb Technique, love these vids tripleVVV3 Keep them coming.

  • You're footwork is precision man! Love your stuff...big fan. I'm a martial artist, and I cross train with your stuff bro! Thanks so much for sharing. BTW, I wouldn't waste trading text with asswipes that badmouth you on here man..your movement is proof enough that you know your shit man...i think anyone on here who has respect for good skill will agree with me...no shit...i been training for over 30 years my man...and I spot talent when i see it!

  • @chrishanson Totally agree, this & Billiarjay are the best Boxing vids on the tube

  • Good shit, finally a video where someone knows how to hit the bags properly. I'm more of a Jiu Jitsu guy myself, I'm a Gracie Barra student, so this stuff really helps. Thanks and keep up the good work!

  • Your really good mate the in and out technique you use is amazing awesome

  • thx for this vid !

  • good head movement and foot work. keep bangin'

  • Good Speed, But no power :(

  • You are good, no shit bro. But you should protect your head more. Just saying :)

  • thats the sort of style i use i dont normally triple up but it is a good idea i always leave with a punch and a weave

  • ayyyye i likyour style alot man gd foot work to keep it up.. how old r you bro?

  • sweet video but some music nice time though

  • sweet video!

  • I really like your in and out footwork and how fluid your movement is, nice, relaxed and smooth, one of the few people on youtube that actually knows what they're talking about and backs it up in their vids. Do you train fighters??

  • Great Footwork, alot of people that don't fight just look for the combinations but the footwork and balance is just as important.

  • You wannabes think you know how to hit a heavy bag, but you don't. I see all these "experts" on youtube doing it wrong in all their videos.

  • that was fucking beastly!

  • nice technique man

  • I like your footwork :)

  • nice video , good movement , offense and defend

  • your foot work is insane, thx for the video.

  • need to work on keeping your hands up, hands by your eyes kid

  • Buena tecnica ...

  • @westsidestunna69 No, you wouldn't actually. I saw some of your videos and you're just a fat ass. You'd be rolling on the ground after I dropped you, and then I'd go out on the town in one ur sweet cars!

  • @tripleVVV3 ur hands are nice son!!! dont listen to the bullshit...peace!

  • @tripleVVV3 Hahahha you should become a comedian than a fighter LOL xD

  • @westsidestunna69 HAHA STFU SHITHEAD

  • @westsidestunna69 no you wouldn't. You dont got the foot work

  • @westsidestunna69 hahaha....westsidestunna69 you are a keyboard warrior son!!!! LOL this dude would shred you and you wouldnt even touch him

  • Hey Man, how do you like that heavy bag station?

  • @thedon1098 it's alright, it was the only option at this one gym I was going to for awhile. The downside is that you won't incorporate as much footwork as you should since you can only work the bag in that main area. It's decent though, just make sure you have a lot of weight to hold it down.

  • Make your center of gravity more stable and bring your guard up higher... your hands are to low, making your head more susceptible.... bring your set up 4-5 in.... the top of your gloves should line up adjacent with the bottom of your eyes.....just because your facing a bag doesnt mean you should not use proper set

  • hey guys iam 14 and i've been boxing for about 1 year now, iam a natural athlete but iam not sure at wat pace iam progressing. My boxing club only consists of members who are much older than me. I'm also on the short side for my age. Can i still be a good boxer without despite the fact iam short? btw how long have you been boxing?

  • @K4960816 height will impact your style, you'll need to learn to move your head and incorporate footwork at the same time. I like to watch old Mike Tyson fights to get the idea. he's not the only one you can copy, but it's a good start. if you're fast and train hard you'll do well.

  • @K4960816 i know you posted this three months ago but i am tired of the bullshit about short boxers. as long as you throw the jab and have your hands up your safe on the outside. but seeing as your short stay tight to the opponent throw hooks and uppercuts. like roy jones jr. quickness = dangerous, like any fighter head movement is key. Not saying im the best boxer but at my gym i am fairly small but have better head movement then most......they are swinging all over the place to hit me hahaha.

  • @ChiefStogie Ok so im short so i need to get close to the other fighter and work my hooks and uppercuts and i know head movement is critical but I kind of flinch when he throws a punch. How can i get it so that its an automatic reflex to dodge a jab, hook...etc. I flinch and when i blink the other guys hits me.

Btw im new to boxing only sparred once with an 18 year old :S

  • @K4960816 okay practice like any sport is crucial. the most underused tool In my opinion is the maize bag. that will help there are videos on how to use it and what not. as for flinching I cant help you you just have to get used to getting punched in the face hahaha :). but just remember chin down hands up. Also throw the jab, its like sex you can't have enough, and why not throw jabs from different directions. also learning to double and triple jab really fast is the greatest defence imo

  • @K4960816 The best pound for pound boxer in the world only 5´6, so dont worry. Train hard and believe in yourself.

  • @K4960816 if i were you i would really start working on ur inside punches cause as a smaller guy u dont want to be playing the outside against a guy with a longer reach

  • i just wanted to thank u i have ben bullied by a guy since eighth grade and two weeks ago i finnaly fought him and i beat him to a pulp and i used some of ypur tips footwork and punch combinations and it really felt good thanks bro nice vid

  • very nice man wel done I like ur leg movement u make it look so easy wel done dude

  • im going to use this techniques for my upcoming boxing fights. thanks man

  • can't u put another vid with the sound ?

  • hey man im a fighter from england and i can honestly say this is the dogs bollocks,, fucking awesome, ill be trying to intergrate some of your techniques into my style coz i can see this really working,, cheers m8

  • psh! i can beat this guy no problem at all...

    here watch this..

yeah, you see that? can HE do THAT? didnt think so.

    see i got him beat...

  • it's amazing how everyone tries to correct boxers on youtube. can you tell me any boxer who is perfect and boxes perfectly all the time? I'll watch a video of that person and show you where they "dropped their hands".... or "didn't pivot correctly"...... etc...

The point is, you can try to be flawless, but you will never be perfect.... boxing is about taking risks, and you WILL get hit......... stop trying to correct this guy and go and win a championship boxing belt or something.

  • Thanks for the vid... now all i need is a heavy punching bag >_<

  • wow, good moves and excellent combos !!

  • finally a boxing video that has the same technicallity as me but this guy is more creative, hope your going serious because thats really good homie

  • That looks like a good punchbag stand.

I need one, i can't use the house cause the roof will collapse, and there is nothing to hang it on in the back yard.

Do you know how much it is for a good sterdy one like yours?

    Thanks.

  • Man I think you are good. I can really learn sth from you. Keep up with the good job!

  • that was real nice ... thank you

  • it is good footwork and good move. great mate.

  • Wow definitely one of the best videos I ever seen. I just started boxing its been over a year now and watching this video definitely inspires me and helps me out alot.. I need to put up more vids maybe you can give me some tips... Anyway great work

  • I've been training 20 years, but this guys videos have really improved my technique, his footwork vid is great too, superb balance. Cheers Bro.

  • @harvland1 Thanks, that is a great compliment. I appreciate it. I'm always still learning things here and there as well, sometimes it's something I've forgotten and had to be reminded about.

  • His footwork is a lil sus tho,

his front foot steps back to meet his back foot between punches. If i was sparing him, I'd wait for him to take that lil step back with his leading foot and counter. His feet will be close together and inturn be off balance. Apart from that, great combinations, I like working the whole body too and not combinations that focus soley on the head. Body shoots don't always score well but they do hurt.

  • your sick dude

  • hey i realy liked your video it helped me alot with my combinations

also im a south paw could you maybe put some stuff up to help me out?

  • you gotta work on the left hook!! turn the punch over
