I'm all for getting rid of nuclear weapons as they are extremely dangerous to EVERYONE. Anyone familiar with game theory knows that nuclear weapons are irrelevant weapons anyway (to the military) as they only lead to a no win situation. They only serve as a status symbol ("Hey look, our country is powerful too.") And the biggest danger is not that a country will use nukes, but that some radicals with nothing to lose will. Our nations are putting the whole world in danger over a status symbol.

You don't know that, they were found on the field of battle with no uniform, they don't deserve to have American rights. Beatings and attack etc.. are rare and illegal which is why they get put in jail for it.
