Absolutely brilliant. I watch Wonky Willie on TV last night and got inspired to go make some truffles. They werent ba for a first attempt, but Cardomam, my absolute favourite spice.... just fantastic !!

You make it look so easy! I made ganache once and it separated and had streaks of white (fat). I'll have to try again...
