I posted video's with results but in a nutshell it produced very well but small particles of lead eroded from the plates and collected until shorting out the whole cell. The amp draw would go up fron 30 to 130 in a very short time.
just for giggles, setup your two larger bubbler/reservoirs so they are one unit ... join them with both a high and low tube ... draw fluid from one, return gas/fluid to the other ... you might be surprised how well this works out ...
i used graphite out of a pencil, and it disintegrated after 10 mins...

nice set up .you need to beef up the wire to 8 awg ,and you need a blow up valve in case .
