  • Great Video... And fly

  • wow amazing 7 minutes duuuuude WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW

  • nice video mad flying well done that man

  • Great video.

  • sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet!!!

  • Nice flying and nice video!

  • Simply: AMAZING. I see you know what you are doing. Superb video. One of the best I've seen so far.

  • How are you able to mount the camera so it doesn't vibrate. I'm surprised you got 7 minutes out of it with the 3d flying and the added weight of the camera. What is it a4100miliamp battery? Oh yea and since your flying it in parks and stuff have you ever had trouble with a police thinking that it might be unsafe.

  • what would happen if you got the same type of battery and wired it to the other one, would it fly longer or would it drain them both and still fly for around 7min? :)

  • You would get longer flight time, but not double, due to the added weight. Maybe another 60-75%. But they wouldn't fit well on this particular model, and aerobatic performance would suffer drastically...

  • why d0es it last f0r 0n ly 7 min:S dats s0 stupid

    and h0w d0es it charge

  • cuz dats h0w l0ng it fliez dude, peri0d.

I use lithium polymer batteries that require a li-poly specific constant-current / constant-voltage type charger.

  • LOL @ your reply!

  • wow!!! thats preti good for a point and shoot, thanks wuestng, good job man

  • very nice and uninterupted video, what are you using for a downlink?

  • No RF link, it's just a point and shoot 5.2MP digital camera (nikon Coolpix L3, I got it at Best Buy) strapped on the side of the heli, put in video mode... The full size video is 640x480 at 30 frames per second which took up over 400MB on the 1GB secure digital card. :)

  • the electric motor helps with the video. No engine vibs.

    Great footage!

I have a couple heli flight vids but they suck and I am a newbie pilot.

  • Several things help in the video shoothness: As you say the electric motor has less vibration than a nitro or gas engine. Also a fairly high headspeed of 2100RPM smooths things out. And I somewhat 'soft' mounted the camera so that the mount can flex a bit and absorb some of the vibes. The heli does have a gyro but it's for preventing unwanted tail piroetting. It's solid state so it has no effect on vibration or stability, other than helping control the tail rotor pitch servo

  • Nice politing and entertaining. very stable video for a heli.

  • Great video!

  • really good video wich shows you don't always need stabelizer systems to make a good image

  • I suppose its because the the copter has a built in Gyro..

  • nice hankers canopy from canomod hahaha

  • everything done right... not like all the other helivideos ive seen

  • really nice video ;-)

  • AWESOME!

  • sweet video

  • very nice !

  • nice what batterys are you using?

  • Hyperion Litestorm VX 4350mAh, 1ea 6S and 1ea 4S in series. Also I just got a set of Flightpower EVO 20 3700mAh 5S packs and it flys quite well on those also.

  • Videos like this are usually much better if you do a slow forward flight.

  • The intent was to show the performance of the helicopter setup, not to make a pretty video of the park :)

  • whats the song or sound title?

  • Can't remember which songs I used but ther're off of Jeff Beck's "You had it coming" CD.

  • Very entertaining video indeed, no video abberation present (vibration in the picture),obviously the T-Rex is a very stable camera platform!! Very high rating!!!

  • Well, with a properly balanced head, even my CP Pro is stable enough to do that. I just don't trust my flying skills. =P

  • niiiiiiice

  • Im going to puke.
