That's weak by Milburn, he could see he had disposed of the ball, had his arms pinned and aimed to hurt him. Probably not to the extent he did, but nontheless the intention was there, he deserves the 2 weeks!!!
50m penalty, nothing more. if he had of begun the tackle after he disposed of it, then it would be different

But he got four. Two is because he has good record and a potential guilty plea (which I assume won't come).
Solomon got five weeks for his hit on Ling, Milburn four weeks for this (both before loadings/reductions).
Disgrace.

I don't understand how the AFL can justify adding more if you contest something and lose.
