@MultiZombiekiller23 Well felt doesn't cost that much so if you made the entire thing out of it I would say $7. For sewing string AND needles that would be about $5. Sewing Machines are pretty expensive themselves, it will take a little more time but this project is easy enough for just a string and a needle. So this will probably coat under $15 dollars. :)

@Onyx499 Does not matter as long as you have enough to cut two 14x11 inch rectangles, one 30x4 inch, and one 17x4 inch. The piece I used was about 2.5x3.5ft, and I still have fabric left over.
