@asiandude666 Yeah apparently fry love it to go and hide in, they also eat the little amphipods that live in it, I'm hoping that this stimulates the cories to breed, I don't really care if it grows too much and gets messy because it does a lot of good things for the tank in return like oxygenates, takes nutrients out of the water and provides shelter for fry, I personally love it! =D
thats going to look great when it grows in. Is there a possibility of adding java moss to the shallow shelf in the pond? not sure what the temperature extremes are that it can tolerate.
@Dieseldan88 Hi daniel, I haven't heard from you for a while, I probably could add the moss to the pond in 1-2 months when it warms up a bit more because with the weather lately it's been hot, mild and cold and I don't wanna risk it dying. The minimum temperature java can tolerate is about 8-10c so it should be ok now but I'm gonna grow it a bit first, also I dont wanna really mix outdoor and indoor plants to prevent disease but I'll add a bit of it outside in a month or 2 and see how it goes :)
does java moss require any special water conditions or can i just tie it to a rock and leave it?

Is there any special care for the moss. Mine turns brown and dies eventually. I have setup also co2 but it seems I get no good results.

i heard java moss are good on breeder tanks!
I personally wouldn't want them in my tank cause it will be messy.
