Can a fender play the lead? because i listened and there is a diffrence from Yui's and Azusa sound .and i have a fender not a Gibson and i wanna do the Guitar one..any examples?

@AlchemicalFoxel well bro, first up, both Fender and Gibson are giant brands, and have tons of guitars so just saying the brand won't help much. but either way, Lead guitars and Rthyme guitars are pretty much the same ( but a lead may have better pick-ups for trebble but it's not that big of a deal) so you can play these songs on either, it's the amp/effects pedals that create the funkey tone for Azusa and the distorted for Yui. so you should be fine

Well, it only makes sense that this is Azusa's part because it's harder to play than guitar 1... And even though Azunyan isn't "lead" guitar, she was notably better than Yui, and Yui is only "lead" because she had seniority in the club over Azusa. Hope I could clear things up .-.

@wesmanh4 Problem is it's actually easier, much easier even. That funky rhythm is A LOT harder than the single note lines. I play the song, so I can at the very least tell you that.

@JIRM321 After listening to it again right after I said that, I came to pretty much the same conclusion, because the rhythm part is shared by both guitars. The wah part and single note parts are easier to me though, that's because of the kind of techniques I developed though.

@wesmanh4 I don't think Yui got her lead guitar part only because of her seniority. Yui and Azusa have different playing styles, and (of course) each of their guitars has its own sound. Azusa's playing is mechanical and eccentric. Yui's is more emotional; it is like, in a sense, singing a song. These features seem to fit their roles very well.

@XxHaTsUnE39MiKuxX Divebomb. Do a pinch harmonic and then push down on your trem arm. I think that's how you do them, I don't have a trem on my guitar so I can't do them.

@thanapatBBB This is all Azu-nyan's part. She actually recorded 2 guitar parts at the same time: chords + lead. If you want to play it live then focus on the lead parts since Yui already does rhythm chords.

I heard somewhere that, while the sounds used for the other instruments in the anime were from their real world counterparts, the fender mustang was actually played by a different instrument--probably a telecaster or something.
