  • This Lexus feels numb no reaction at all I don't know about the isf though, don't ever think about lfa cause I know they can haul ass anytime anywhere... But gtr did exactly the same way... So if u see them cars just yield give respect or else u gonna get smoke..... Ipltuner.net

  • Why does it say "as seen on some jap shit"... this is my video lol

  • G37 all day! My next car after my 2010 Maxima!

  • LFA is not faster, 2011 GT-R showed us that pretty clearly. And 300G+ for what exactly? An overpriced Toyota? Take a GT-R and day nd put money down to mod the car..nd just kill the LFA completely...GT-R beat Bugatti, LFA is child's play. O nd I've raced g37 11 in my is350 nd he got left behind..idk why this guy lost..

  • @ajrules000 LF-A is child's play? Is running a 7:14 in the Nurburgring child's play? GT-R's best is 7:24. You'd need a lot of modding there, homeboy.

  • @jbayse99 gtrs best is 721 actually but i agree the lfa is not to be messed with but gtr delivers pretty much the same performance for 300k cheaper

  • 24hp make some difference of course

but they were pretty close at least until 130

it looks like as soon as he found that he would not be able to compete any more he

    pressed on break pedal

  • Toyota/Lexus performance can't match Nissan/Infiniti performance. Truth/Fact told.

  • NIce cars XD. @ IS350rocks yea 1/4miles IS350 is faster than 335i or G37 or many other cars, but on a roll race, i believe 335i is the fastest XD, I've seen stock ISF vs IS350, and IS350 beats the ISF on 1/4miles... The IS350 driver had a good launch.

  • anyone who buys a car based on a quarter mile time is a moron .unless youre using it to win money drag racing....then again , there isnt a huge drag racing segment for entry level luxury sport sedans now is there ? i love my g ,but the 350 is more of a pleasure to live in for long stints . do what i did ,buy the g for fun ,and buy your wife-gf-bf the lexus . BTW....how in the f**k does every race video end up getting off track to a gtr-bugatti-lambo-jet-boat-camel vs a hang glider ?+1 if u :)

  • no seat belts ??

  • Dead stop is the only way I beat this car. I own a 08 IS350. The new G's have better drive train and Hspower number's know. Can't deny that make's a big difference. I'll still take my Lexus though. If Lexus would bore and stroke a 3.7 litre engine unlike the 3.5 that currently is being used... Well then you've got a real race don't you.

  • I have just an Infiniti g37 cabrio, and i think it is most faster than Lexus=)

  • IS350 isnt stick shift..... I have a G37S and I raped my friend in his Is350. Auto vs Stick is big difference.

  • that was g37 sedan or coupe ?

  • I have a 08 Modded G37S and stock for stock IS350 will win due to the fact that it is lighter but this also depends on the tranny to. 6mt will be faster due to less drive train loss compared to 5at or 7at.

  • @DJG37S lol... it is the gearing that makes it so fast. Up top it will lose but it will definitely keep up well and possibly win if the G37 is a 6spd and doesn't know what he is doing. The G Coupe and Sedan weigh about the same oddly enough but it is barely by 100lbs probably less. I know the G is around 3,600lbs fully loaded (non AWD). But the IS350's gearing is very very aggressive under 115. One with just intake and exhaust supprised the hell out of me the other night. I started 2nd@20mph lol

  • @psmTARDCORE

I agree because when I use to race a is350 stock vs stock when I first got the car. It was about a dead even race until we hit 100. After that I started slowly creeping away. Now its a different story due to my stage 2 supercharger =).

  • Lexus does not have the HP or Torque, it's geared for fuel efficiency, the G is geared to haul ass...period. Know your shit.

  • @Trescincox dude that is-350 has over 300hp, but I still think the G37 is beastier...

  • @Trescincox the IS is geared for fuel efficiency? Is that why is does 0-60 in 4.9 sec?

  • @supercarkid dono where ur getting ur numbers but even the is350 all wheel drive only does 0-60 in 5.6 seconds

  • @Huntersome first of all the AWD is gonna do a worse 0-60 because its much heavier. Also i think i got 0-60 in 4.9 from either Motor trend or Road and Track...

  • @supercarkid actually thats where you are wrong. 0-60, AWD shits on anything in the same class due to the traction at the launch over a FWD or RWD car. When you get to higher speeds such as 100+ thats where the AWD starts to hurt you, and the weight becomes noticeable. Take the GTR for example. 0-60 in 3.3 seconds, AWD. It gets 0-60 faster than lamborghinis. however, the AWD slows it down at topspeeds where RWD lambos dont feel threatened.

  • @comingfromthe925 RWD lambos???

In the last 10 years, the only lambo thats RWD is LP 550-2, which just came out...

  • Comment removed

  • @comingfromthe925 The 2012 gtr 0-60 in 2.7 lol nismo driver did that test

  • @comingfromthe925 yea... most if not all lambos are all wheel drive my man.. thats what the 4 before all the other numbers stands for.

  • @comingfromthe925 Wrong on so many levels. GTR does 0-60 in 2.8 seconds which shits on a lambo. People only care about the quarter mile and the GTR wins in that scenario over anything that isn't bugatti. Who the hell would have enough time or strip to drag a race to 200mph where the GTR will start to fall back? BTW genius, lambos are AWD! unless you're talking about Valentinos lambo or the bi-color.

  • @Trescincox Um...the Lexus has more torque than the Infiniti and it's lighter. It's also geared pretty low, just like the G37.

  • @Trescincox The IS lags behind on HP by 24 points but does have slightly more torque than the G and thus would haul ass and beat the G from a dead stop.

  • @Trescincox G37 19/27 IS 350 20/27 MPG Wow big difference

  • @Klopecs I have an 08 which stats 18/24 - it gets 15 when I drive conservatively.

  • @Trescincox you really dont know what your talking about.. do you? the entire lexus IS line-up is Lexus's "Sport sedan" sector. From the is300 to the is250. It is all toyotas sport engineering, meaning, the IS350 is MEANT to compete with the g35 and g37. It is all competition, and it seems Nissan just knows what they are doing. Lexus's are way nice tho dont get me wrong, its just, you don't know your shit at all.

  • @comingfromthe925 lol, "the entire lexus IS line-up is Lexus's "Sport sedan" sector. From the is300 to the is250. It is all toyotas sport engineering"...............it is not toyotas sport engineering. LMAO. That is why they have the IS-F and the LF-A, they way you put it made it sound like toyota does thier best to make the car the best sport sedan out there....when they dont......... ....... .......

  • @comingfromthe925 LOL what? Lexus sucks.

  • @gibnihtmus Infiniti is much more of dynamic brand than Lexus will ever be. You do realize that the GTR costs about 90k? right? how much does the LFA costs? Yeah exactly. Your argument is already invalid since you are comparing two completely different cars. Truth is, Lexus has nothing in their arsenal that is worth driving that is somewhat affordable or in arms reach. Lexus is for old people and the IS is for little Asian chicks.

  • @kdu8004 lets filter out everything that the LFA is. and you ll be left with the 2nd best japanese car the GTR. comparing a car to a car. price doesn't matter because you will never own either of them. and they aren't two different cars. they are both japanese and they are both the companies top tier cars. both meant for racing on track. one is just faster on the track. 0-60 doesn't do a whole lot in real racing

  • @gibnihtmus The LFA is was designed exclusively to showcase Toyota's technology and to prove that they can make a supercar. The LFA was a project for them to research and develop new materials and new ways of manufacturing like the carbon fiber loom they created (of only 2 or 3 in the world). The GTR on the other hand is what you call a bargain supercar. IT is a car that can subdo cars that are twice the price or more and has a specific task, to go fast. Apples and oranges.

  • @kdu8004 you just contradicted your self. both of them are super cars but yet you call them apples and oranges.

  • @gibnihtmus Secondly, from a performance standpoint the LFA is fast but isn't that fast. For less money you can have a 458 italia, aventador, or R8 v10 which exceed or matches it's performance for far cheaper and still have left over money for a luxury sedan. The GTR can offer a 2.9 seconds 0-60, 1.02 G of lateral grip and braking at only 100 feet from 60 all for 90K. The LFA's performance seems just mediocre when you look at it that way.

  • @kdu8004 LFA has a v10 engine that weighs as much as a v6 and is more luxurious. I've been in my friends GTR and the interior is too bare. its all a matter of what you want. just saying without the price tags LFA is faster

  • @gibnihtmus Actually, it is as compact as a v6 not weighs as much as the v6. I'm positive i know more about the LFA than you do. I was quite disappointed by the performance numbers when it came out. It is mediocre by comparison when you have cars like the 599 fiorana, 458 italia, mclaren mp4 and many others for far less coin but what sets them apart is purpose.

  • @kdu8004 How come the LF-A destroys all of the cars you mentioned in the Nurburgring lap? Just saying...

  • @jbayse99 and how exactly do you know that? there isn't an official time for the lfa yet. The regular non nurburgring edition does the the nurb in7:24. That's about average by today's standards. From a performance standpoint it's about average.

  • @kdu8004 The Nurburgring package is a factory option from Lexus. 7:14 in the lap. Tough one to beat.

  • @jbayse99 factory option on only a few of the 500 that are being made.

  • @gibnihtmus But...That is not the purpose of the LFA. It is not their "Flagship car." The LS600HL is. LFA is a HALO car to boost the brands image since Toyota has always been perceived as a booring brand. So being exclusive, price will always be high, therefore, the LFA is out of reach. The GTR is a mass produced super car so it is possible to buy one for 60K used. And how do you know I will not be able to afford one someday? That's a pretty naive assumption.

  • So, yes they are two different cars since one is an exclusive exotic while the other is a mass produce car and when it comes down to performance and price, the GTR will always win but when it comes down to engineering, the LFA will win. I personally adore both vehicles. The intoxicating sound of the high strung v10 is just orgasmic.

  • from a roll, the G37 wins..more HP but more weight...

lets see from a stand still...the LEXUS IS350 would win easily

  • Got to love these dark videos where you can't see anything ;)

  • Nice...looked pretty even until the IS350 bumped into the 142 mph speed limiter.

  • PEACE!!!!!!!!!1111111

  • Mods to my g coming soon.
