sometimes they disable your acount, , but is when you have uploaded several copyrigthted vids, and are protected for their respective company, an example, Avex trax a time ago, it was so exigent, i upload a music vid from Avex, and are deleted 1 day after, but some companyes, not take so much care about, , just be carefull, and if is 4 share in one site, put it another name in the vid, and not be detected 4 YT. i did it for a blog, and my vid not dissapear , ^^
