I'm 5'8 and I can do some crazy 360 dunks. Honestly, anyone can do it, just do the right workouts with the right nutrition . I used the training program at snipurl[dot]com/nbatraining but any program/workout is fine as long as they work
Oh BTW, None of them did dunk from the free throw line or never could have been! Dominique Wilkins was a two footed jumper and his dunks were cheap! It could be done by ANYBODY! I could pull out starting 5 NBA bench or NBDL to beat these old NBA Pussys/vaginas:

wow i watched the game live! they were not even that serious of playing they were having fun.... you cant compare nba to pba... the nba has the best players on the WORLD on the other hand the PBA has the best player in south east asia.... if the players of the pba has players of 7 footers i think the pba stand a chance.... 6'9 is our tallest player average power forwards are around 6'4 in the nba 6'4s are guards!! so no you cant compare them.....
