David taught me the rudiments of winemaking seven years and since then I have probably made 600 bottles. I delight in sharing my wine with my friends and they all say it's excellent, which is very flattering. I probably wouldn't have got into the business if it hadn't been for David's encouragement, so I hope he keeps at it and becomes a really good wine maker and passes his skills on to many others.
