I've used snus since I was twelve and It's nice that you Americans are using it more and more cuz it isn't as harmful as cigarettes. I dont use lös (loose) cuz the portion doesn't do as much harm to your teeth as lös do. I consume about 3-4 boxes of snus each week, and I have one bag of snus in my mouth for like 2 hours then spit it out and pop another in directly.

Loose snus is kind of old news these days, at least in my opinion. The pouched snus has become the main purchase for me and all my friends. Now, I haven't tried ALL of the snus brands, but I've tried a lot. My fav's are definitely General extra sterk portion (General is the king brand by far, and the "extra sterk/extra strong" portion type is actually made especially for the norwegian market) and skruf extra stark. Have fun trying out new stuff and find ur fav. I've been snusing for 8 years

Tip to not making it dissolve as much in your mouth; Take your hand and dry of the spit from the inside of your upper lip first. Then snus will sit better in your lip, and also it will last longer because the juice won't come at once. And last, but not least; It will make your lip tingle a bit before the effect comes, which will result in you having to pack less snus in each portion, but get a greater effect.
