i never cross my legs when im fielding i dont want to trip so i just slide step

well i this is the way i used to throw but now i dont throw like that and i throw alot more accurate... this to me is just a good way to teach younger kids like 8-12 and then when 13 and up show then the body turn throw and wrist and hand pointed back.... helps really good, good teaching though
