But how does one even start? Maybe, by being more literate about our rights.

If you have visited that site and read it, it doesn't take too much to realize that if taken seriously and used well, RTI could be an effective tool to get accountability from the government.

I tried petitioning my state government on the status of one of the roads in my city - the result was far from desired but i atleast did get a response - a status - I got information, a starting point to getting accountability.
