You're right! The camera was placed under water and the ear was positioned just above the water and the ripples are from pink floyd music being boundced off the ear on the surface of the water.

that picture of the album is just absolutly beautiful, it has soo much meaning to it.
Most people think Floyd is "The Wall" or "Dark Side Of The Moon" , but i honestly think Floyd is "Meddle", pure genius. this song is just gorgeous, i want it to be played at my funeral, it reminds me of complete peace, to have complete peace and to feel complete peace. all in all its just peacefull
