  • what is the name and artist of the song at the start of this video, its not 'Humming' by Portishead because thats the song when Gilbert and George enter, if anyone can shed some light on that I'd be grateful. Thanks

  • @woodybrick it's another "head", specifically RadioHEAD - Meet In the Aisle (my fav band) if you think on that one

  • this is disturbing

  • i like this artist, she breaks all the social rules and that is the mark of a good artist.

  • That's not exactly true. Defiance of the rules doesn't make you a good artist. If anything it just makes you a douchebag. And if you're a painter, you're just a douchebag with a brush.

  • I disagree with your disagreement. Breaking the rules doesn't exclusively make you great. But all great artists (of the 20th century) do break established rules.

  • are there any great artist in the 20th century? Except Salvador Dali?

  • well if you are interested in the figurative alone there is Odd Nerdrum, Alex Katz, Chuck Close, and Eric Fischl...But yeah you got Andy Warhol, Picasso, Rothko, Pollock, de Kooning, Frank Stella....a whole bunch of good stuff....but these are MY Favs.

  • picasso.. those two are about it
