How about we make this a two star galaxy, with the first being 1-1, and the second being a retro-mario themed remix of 1-1 with galaxy concepts? I'd like to see multiple 2D planes used, as well as things like bullet bills firing from behind a 2D plane, some underground areas, and hopefully any other cool ideas we can think of.

@glem3 I was also thinking about remaking 1-2. It´s completely possible to remake it in SMG2 so why not? If would be even better if Marionumber1 hacked the textures of some blocks to make them look blue.

I think I see one place for potential glitch. The flagpole. If you jump off it at a certain place, you most likely could fall behind the level...

But that's not a bad thing. Anyway, great job and hope to see 1-2....:p
