O'Donnell was spot on correct. Cheney is a liar, he and Bush ignored warning after warning about the threat of Al'Qaeda, they did nothing until 3000 of our own were slaughtered, they then used it as a pretext to go to war, trample our constitution, and commit wanton acts of torture. Cheney says he kept us safe but 3000 bodies were lying in the street on 9/11 because he and Bush failed.
