Why all students get study permit and visa for the whole duration of their studies in Canada but the Iranian students get study permit and visa for just one year and they have to renew it every year. For a PhD student this means at least $1000 of extra application fees and a huge amount of time and paperwork.

If anyone says something against the Iranian government, suddenly all Canadian media and newspapers cover him/her but no one ever cares about the Iranian students in Canada who are suffering discrimination because of their nationality. Let me explain it more specifically.

This is a basic right for every human being regardless to race, nationality, etc. You can not understand how it feels until you are forces to live separately from your beloved spouse.
