I probably made it 1/2 or 2/3 of the way up. Like I said, I really neglected it but still got potatoes. I did one the following year, but ended up moving. That one was doing a lot better. I planted it earlier and paid more attention.
It went great. I pretty much ignored the plants all summer. If I had done more, I'm sure they would have grown more. But, in the end I harvested maybe 8 lbs.

how did it go i did them in 5 gal buckets and mine were great and less work
