How do you get the moving figure's lights to connect to the LOR controllers? Long trail of wires, wireless? I use LOR units also, and I can't imagine the work that went into this. Great job!
The lights on the costume are battery powered LEDs. They are 4.5V but I overvolted them using a 6V lantern battery so they would be really bright. They are running through a LOR DC controller connected to the LOR ELL modules. They are pretty bulletproof is I can do it! If you haven't, check out the Halloween show for 2009! We doubled the number of actors!!! LOL! Just click on the video response up top! TY!
I purchased a rather expensive Grim Reaper Costume. I came to my senses and did not use the very nice cloak.
The gloves: The use one set of 20ct DC LEDs from creative displays.
The Skull: has two of those same sets.
The Cloak: 20, 20ct sets of read
The Scythe: 3 20ct sets
They are all wires to a LOR controller and they are all 4.5V lights but I overvolted them and ran them off 6V lantern batteries to give then extra brightness!
