I love this skit too. Actually, the Two-Headed Monsters are still on Sesame Street (not in skits where they share, cooperate, and spell words) where they are joined in skits called "Journey To Ernie" where Ernie hides and Big Bird seeks. On those skits, Big Bird asks the Two-Headed Monsters where Ernie is, and they point in two different directions where sometimes Big Bird gets confused, and sometimes Big Bird ignores what the Two-Headed Monsters say and he decides to look for Ernie himself.
Oh boy does that bring back memories. I loved how the Horn's up one (Richard Hunt) character would say when washing "doo doo doo doo doo" for some reason it makes me laugh and not because of what everyone would think but i can't keep from laughing when he does that. And how they say water "wa wa" like a child would or baby.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! They r hilarious!!!!!

I love these two!! I heard that the Two-Headed monster was actually inspired by Jerry Nelson and Richard Hunt.

its true- they were messing around with some puppets in the studio one evening, and the idea clicked.
I guess they were pretending that two seperate puppets were one.

One of the few times that someone other than Ernie or a celebrity sings "Rubber Duckie" on the show, too. Five stars!
