To save your Saturn you will need to replace the battery at the back of the Saturn, the reason your Saturn is not saving will be due to the fact that the battery has died.

@pspbook13 Thank u! I read up on the subject and someone stated that the battery dies out after 3-5yrs... and I definitely had it for longer lol.  I looked up save cartridges, I may get one of those. Thanks again Christopher :)
