  • @xFrontSightPostx

you were and now continue to be arrogant and ignorant which is rude to our viewers

Your opinion is uneducated if you think S&W can do anything in "mil-spec" since they have no government contracts

you are one of the many laymen who assume milspec is a characteristic, and not a precise definition

now don't get confused when we block you, it has nothing to do with our disagreement on the definition of terms, it has to do with your personality and inability to be rational

  • How much for one like this one i go two mp 15 on blak and i want somethin diferent

  • what length Magpul MOE handguard is it?

  • my dad bought this exact gun brand new with 5 pmags for 850 out the door.

  • I'd just be playing with that flip up sight :)

  • Would you recommend this over a Colt AR15?

  • @GunWebsites How about over a DPMS Bushy or DSA? They all fall in the same price range and I have a $850 budget.

  • @frylock44

yes, i would buy SW over those

  • @GunWebsites Im talking about a vietnam era model

  • so does it have rails or are the attachements screwed in?

  • ok this one I like from M@P Edition

  • Iv never had a problem with magpul... maybe someone on here can give me some advice on somethings not to get by them, if anything.

  • @CabelasOutdoor4x4 i know but my question was based on the local retailer here. and i do like the way the S&W is set up, has the combat sights on it and the quad rails allready on the gun straight from S&W, but comparing the bushmaster that was chrome lined with the S&W made no sense, and since iam a hunter not much of the tactical guy if i was going to drop over 1k on an AR i would go with the remington R-25

  • what goes in the bottom of the magpul pistol grip? please reply.

  • @GoldenRing1989

    oh, colt for me

  • @GoldenRing1989

    6920 is a Colt, this is a S&W M&P15

  • Does the M@P 15 fire the .223 or just the 5.56?

  • @KiIIuminaty M&P 15's are 5.56 therefore will fire both rounds

  • Shopping for one now!

  • i just bought one exactly like this the other day, but it has an "M&P 15" logo on the lower receiver right below the ejection port. did yours come with this, and if so did you remove it? if so, how? thanks for any info that you can pass on.

  • I have the 15-22 MOE and would love to get the big brother some day :)

Would have been cool if S&W & Magpull came out with P-mag's for the 15-22!

  • I just had this rifle ordered for me at my local gun shop, can't wait to get it this weekend.

  • question, will the 7 slot rails from magpul fit this handguard better or the 9 slot? i wanna be able to put a forward grip and weapon light on the very bottom.

  • @socom16762mm It will accept a 7, 9 or 11 slot piece from Magpul, so you should be fine with whatever one you wanted. Personally, I would go with the longest possible on the bottom, so that you have more placement options in the future. The weight difference isn't really going to be noticeable(especially if you use a polymer rail section) and you could add something like an angled grip down the road, if you were so inclined.

  • Hows all the MAgpul gear holding up? And would you recommend it?

  • @alexsell187

    great , sure

  • @alexsell187 i have one and its great love it

  • @alexsell187 absolutely yes. i would recommend the CTR stock instead of the MOE stock and i haven't used the flip up sight but all the other gear is amazing. i'm runnin a del-ton AR-15 with CTR stock, MOE pistol grip, MOE handguard, and 3 picatinny rails on the handguard. it feels the way an assault rifle should, looking at getting a fore grip now but cant decide what to get

  • Seems like S&W put together a AR-15 package that contains half the after market parts we would buy anyway for a great price, what do you guys think

  • @PizzaAndFirearms

thats exactly what they were going for with these.. I know a bunch of people who bought them too

  • i have this sexy beast

  • I love this rifle. I love the MOE stuff it comes with...wish it came with the ASAP, tho!

  • will this fit my umarex m4 ops carbine by colt

  • Question are there any guns you dont have

  • @MrGhostsir

There was one, but we bought it yesterday

  • @GunWebsites hahahahaaha thats funny :)

  • I JUST got this weapon today for $1099. I can't wait to go to the range!

  • @MrCool63

    right on, have fun !!

  • @MrCool63 cabelas has it for $999

  • what a beautiful weapon

  • Do you like this M&P over the BM or Stag? Im buying one soon and there is just too many companies making the AR. Any advice anyone?

  • Just wondering, why would they call the camouflage tan, dark earth if they are the same color(at least what I was told)

  • that rear apperture looks cool.I like a bigger ghost ring sight...too small makes it hard to aim

  • is it hard to mount rails on that handgaurd

  • @xxbryan715xx not at all it takes less than a minute and they cost $10. putting the handguard back on can be a little tricky though

  • @CabelasOutdoor4x4 ok first off your oppinion iam sick of trollers calling other people out saying that someone knows nothing about fire arms maybe if you understood my comment i was not saying that all AR-15 are the same i said they are the same platform as far as the basic operation besides having a variable gas valve or after market options for stocks or upper or lower recievers, and i did not even notice you thumbed up my comment nor do i care, but thanks for letting me know

  • Haha you said butt pad. Butt haha

  • i cracked when failed with the first cartridge

  • ok now the S&W ar-15 has the m&p logo but at a local retailer here it is selling for 1400.... and yet a bushmaster ar-15 is just under 1000 yet correct me if iam wrong an ar-15 is an ar-15 its the same .223 same gas driven platform or is there something different between them to consider such a drastic price differance?

  • @1gamoguy

Do a bit of research, of course there are differences in quality and materials between brands (of any thing)

Sounds like you just don't consider quality as important as looks for your intended use.. in that case go with what you like to look at more

  • @GunWebsites iam kind of picking up into some sarcasim with your reply..... and i have did some research and bushmaster is one of the main selling brands in the AR-15 line and everyone i shoot with has a bushmaster and they absolutley love it and even with the range time i have spent with the bushmaster i love the way it handles, however i do like the available options that the m&p comes with from the factory

  • @1gamoguy

OK well.. an AR15 is NOT AR15 as you suggest.. since you sound like you have your mind made up on a BM, great.. but it would incorrect to assume that all other ARs are the 'same' and just cost more for some unknown reason ..

If you are buying for looks (in other words, what the stuff on it looks like) than you'll do just fine with any AR you like..

If on the other hand you wanted a tough as nails, hell and back, get the job done machine.. I would continue to do research ..

  • @GunWebsites what is the reliability of this weapon

  • @GunWebsites do you prefer chocolate milk or regular?

  • @1gamoguy; More expensive / better quality AR models have hard chrome lined barrels, are fitted better and have components made of better grade metals. Go buy a $2.00 wrench at Wal-Mart and see if it is as strong or has as nice a finish as a more expensive Snap-On. A Wal-Mart wrench is a weak piece of crap that WILL break. You get what you pay for, and when it is somethingh you may rely on to save your life or to protect your family, you don't want Wal-Mart quality, you want Snap-On quality.

  • @AutoShopVideos lol well thank you for that analogy, but as far as home deffense th AR platform is not my first choice anyway, not saying it COULD NOT be used, just my oppinion, and your points are valid, and thank you for answering my questions, iam very interested in the AR carbine platform and the many different rifles that are coming out in the AR style, was just curious what is so much different between each besides price, you answered my question better than the owner of this channel

  • @AutoShopVideos Well said.

  • Will 5.45 rounds feed with the Magpul magazines as they come or will do you have to buy new followers? Cuz with regular Ar mags they tend to bind up after about 15

  • i just got this AR in all black i love it im gonna get the stubby grip for it will it snap right on or do you have to get another peice sorry im new to AR'S

  • @jtmoney606

More than one way to do it, but typically people will add a short length of rail to the handguard (screws) then attach the vert grip to that

  • Wanted to get your opinion about the MOE hand guard. I like magpul products but imo the hand guard looks like it would be pretty loose and shake around. What are your thoughts about this particular hand guard

  • @baseball27e

I haven't seen one go loose (yet) and I've seen quite a few now

  • @baseball27e I added mine to the regular old M&P15A. It's not even remotely loose.

  • @corona2072 BravoCompanyUSA's website has rail sections specifically for the MOE handgauds in couple different sizes. Hope that helps.

  • Who is this troll talking crap about dark earth furniture?.. short of being camo, I think it looks aesthetically great, and magpul prices are not only some of the best products to buy, they are very reasonably priced... I don't think you can find a more sturdy AR stock than the CTR, short of a fixed/non collapsible.. And if its only the color dark earth you have a problem with, I think the feedback from FNP, magpul, and numerous other manufacturers would beg to differ..

  • how many joules does your weapon have and about how far will that shoot a bb? might be buying one as well.

  • Why are the magpul pieces tan instead of black? Tthats retarded.

  • @scuds03

I would like to be there when you knock on their door and tell the guys at Magpul how you feel about their products

  • @GunWebsites If you want ur gun to blend with terrain make the whole gun blend not just a few pieces. As far as telling Magpul about their products goes, last time I checked most Fortune 500 companies shell out millions of dollars every year on different ways to obtain customer feedback on their products.

  • @scuds03

Dude, it's called camouflage. Magpul also makes it in black, OD green and foliage green.

  • @MemphisRaines436 Its not very good camoflage if 60% of the gun in big chunks is still black....All I'm sayin is if you want to camo ur gun do it right, do the whole thing.

  • @scuds03

keep looking at guns then, this kind of "pattern" works very well in real life

  • Comment removed

  • @GunWebsites You guys are just afraid to admit that the only reason you buy the different colored magpul pieces is so that they stand out off the gun. You just want everyone at the range to know you blew a few hundred bucks on "tacticool" crap haha. If thats what floats ur boat more power to ya. Just dont think ur fooling anyone when you say crap like "Oh its camo" When $10 worth of spray paint will camo the gun far better if you actually needed camo for your gun's POU.

  • @scuds03 Magpul stuff isn't expensive and they make quality parts. Maybe they got a different color because it looks cool, but its not like they spent extra money to get the different color. Magpul offers most of their parts in 4 colors.

  • @scuds03 its comes in 2 colors. look it up

  • @scuds03

They come in black or dark earth. Because real shooters like choice.

  • @Nytan01 No, all real shooters care about is rounds on target. The color of the plastic has nothing to do with that. Out in the field if me or my fellow operators need to conceal our weapons we find three colors of spray that matches the terrain and they are ready to rock within an hour. I guess to most Civs weapons are just barbie dolls they like to dress up instead of tools for a job.

  • @scuds03 That was actually a personal joke. I personally wouldn't buy this gun because of the 8 1/2 lb trigger pull. I guess its ok for varmint hunting but it doesn't match a colt for overall marksmanship. I still think the magpul moe line is very slick. I'd at least get the pistol grip and handguard in black for my M4.

  • @scuds03 you know it's funny you say that I thought the same thing watching all these videos and I'm just a reg.guy. it works fine out the boxs.

  • @scuds03 "Operator's"

    .

...Like all of the other "operators" in the airsoft, modern warfare, or anime vids you favorite?

    .

You're a clown, if you served in the military you wouldn't say operators, and if you were a private operator you wouldn't get hired unless you had extensive experience in the military or as a LEO.

    .

Stop acting like you're above other people.

  • @MaxAC40 Never said I was above anyone...Just relaying information from my personal experience over 4 years as 11 Bang Bang serving in the US Army. Last 2 years I've been a 42 Alpha but I did my time in the dirt. I have hobbies and so do my kids...I have alot of hip-hop vids favorited too i guess that makes me black too right?

  • did that one come with the moe trigger guard? Mine did

  • I hate the m4 profile barrel :(

  • how much are these worth?

  • @coyote1008 msrp is about $1500...

  • @TheJb1rd oh alright thanks some guy wanted to trade me one for a dirtbike

  • @coyote1008 would you trade one for about $1500

  • the best gun ever

  • Is there -any- piston system that will fit under the moe handguard??..

  • @willerd2009 that would violate almost every rule of gun safety

  • I just bought the mp 15-22 and I wanna get some magpul pmags for it. Anyone know is the sell them?

  • @colton12344321

Call Tucson Guns, they help us make a lot of these videos and they always have P-Mags

  • @colton12344321 Im just going to venture a guess here... From magpul?..

  • @Casper48022 good guess..... but couldnt find them on a list. dont think they exist

  • @colton12344321 Really?.. I just ordered 5 last week..

  • @Casper48022 really? are you talking about for he m&p 15, or the m&p 15-22? cause im looking for the .22 cal version

  • @colton12344321 oooh... .22.... my bad.. No, didn't see those.

  • @colton12344321 magpul does not make mags for the 22.cal yet but maybe soon

  • @colton12344321 The M&P 15-22 does not work with PMAGS because it is a .22lr.

  • @Decado1628 yup. unfortunetly. i was hoping they'd make it for them. since they have the whole MOE version for the 15-22 i was hoping theyd make the mag too

  • Will the MOE hand guard and grip fit on the 15-22?

  • @SXCREX19

yes, they even offer an MOE version of the 15-22

  • would u reccomend this or the mp15t if the latter was 300 more?

  • I have all of the same Magpul furniture, but I got the Ergo pistol grip instead. it's a better shape and more comfortable in the hand.

  • would you spend extra $120 over the s&w optics ready ar15 ?

cabelas has this moe for $ 949. this week and my local guns shop has the optics ready for $ 839.00

please anybody give me some feedback

  • Would you recommend the the Bushmaster MOE M4-type carbine?

  • 0:21 thats badass

  • I was so tempted to buy this rifel a week ago. I liked the tan color better then the all black M&P for sum reason.

  • @ TheSteve4200

the two tone does grow on you after a while

  • Where do you live?

  • any idea on where to buy the tan rear flip up? all are sold out...

  • How does the magpul MBUS rear sight align up with the standard gasblock front sight?

  • Another thing I love about Magpul is that they don't price gouge their customers. Magpul know fully well that they make the best AR mag on the planet, bar none, yet barely cost more than USGI mags.

  • I'd advise against sticking optics or lasers on a -non- free float HG like the moe or cheaper quad rails, light/VG should be fine though.

I love the MOE HG, gorgeous lines (to me), I use the OD variety on my 'ultralight' bushy AR with cavarms lower and pencil barrel. It's unbelievably light.

Love the look of Magpul stuff. Nice Vid.

  • how does this rifle stack up to the ruger sr556?

  • apples & oranges IMO

    both are good, just different

  • i want one..might change a thing or two lol

  • these are such sweet rifles mines on layaway right now 300 left and its mine. next thing to get is an acog.

  • Nice set up!

  • does it fire any better then the 15-22?

  • yes

  • youll be fine if your runnin pmags the mbus is made out of the same polymer material as the pmag its not gonna warp magpul is the shit

  • I'm a big fan of magpul products. I ran all PMAGs while I was overseas. The Dust covers are all great an good for stateside use, but they are far too easy to lose and just some more BS to deal with, I ended up throwing em all in a plastic bag somewhere. They would also make placement of magazines in ammo pouches difficult. Dust is inevitable in a desert, plus my mags are indexed top DOWN in the mag pouch. Good vid tho, magpul rocks, and I do love my S&P M&P15.

  • do you think the mbus are safe to mount on my rai?. its a gas piston upper. im scared that the rail is gonna get warm and warp the sights lol

  • That is a concern up front I think .. might want to go metal

  • im gettin one

  • What do you use it for? Hunting?

  • I don't think many people would hunt with this, the same way they wouldn't drive a 2 seat convertible on a hunting trip

This is not made for hunting

  • Magpul and S&W had a baby....sweet.

    Wish it came in OD.

  • I thought I've seen these in OD..no?

  • The MOE gear yes...but I've never seen the S&W come with OD...just black and FDE

  • ahh, well I'm with you, this would look sweet in OD

  • not crazy over the front rails on this they dont "feel" right to me i got this wep in OD minus the rail wich is daniel defense with OD covers....ERGO GRIP makes awesome OD grips (better than magpul imo)

  • @GunWebsites Bushmasters magpul version comes in tan, o.d. green and black....

  • great looking rifle !

  • Best thing about them mags is that the gun will break before the mag does ahah.. but still very nice set up by magpul

  • What does MOE stand for?

  • Magpul Original Equipment (MOE)

  • Where do you get the picatinny rail for the moe handguard and how would you rate this handguard against the Tapco handguard.

  • any aftermarket handguard will work, but Magpul does make one of their own

  • i just got mine 2 days ago and lemme tell you...its perfect...just switching out the gaurds for quad rail atm

  • Also got a Troy Medieval flash hider on it. It's gorgeous. I get asked about it at the range a lot. It bottom-lined at just over $1900 with military discount. Well worth the money.

  • what i bought mine today for a thousand

  • @ryan97303

How? The rifle itself costs $980.

  • firingline in colorado

  • @ryan97303

I still don't see how you did it, man.

  • what do you mean is it very limited or someshit

  • I've got this exact rifle plus an EOTech XPS3. Better than any weapon I ever fired in the Army. Awesome.

  • I only like the stock

  • Has anyone put rail guards on this yet? i'm wondering the ergonomics of it.

  • rail guards? like ladders or panels? or something else?

  • i want to put rails at 2 and 10, but i am wondering if the magpul full length rail guard will fit even or hang over.

  • If you use the 6 o'clock rail, I'd recommend putting a heat guard on it. It gets hot as hell on the bottom of the rifle with just a rail.

  • Hi, I was interested to know what kind of adaptors you need to install accessories on the handgaurd? It looks very nice!

  • just simple strips of rail, they are about $20 around here

  • also, if you buy this rifle then buy the Magpul trigger guard too. It's way more comfortable on the fingers.

  • I agree, wonder why it's not on there already

  • is the front sight removable?

  • the rear sight is

  • Can you tell me how many rails the MBUS rear sight takes up as far back as possible to the flat top? It would appear to be thru T2, but I just want to make sure. Great looking AR by the way!

  • just got the moe handguard love it

  • save your money a little longer and buy the Hk line.

  • hahahahaaa you make me laugh REAL hard.

  • can someone send me a link or tell me a rail size thats compatible with this gun cause i dont like the fact that i have to add rails on the handgaurd cause id rather pay the extra 200 so i dont have to keep adding rails and i dont like the front sight i like the magpul pop up sight, i want a metal rail!!

  • Sweet rifle! I am thinking of upgrading to the MOE gear. Could you tell me. Do your MOE handguards have any play? And is the rubber on the buttstock firm or spongy?

  • buttstock is more like polyurethane than soft rubber and they don't have any play that I remember

  • there have been complaints of the bottom handguard being loose in the front it hangs down but this only happens if you put the bottom handguard on first you have to put the upper on first then their rock solid also the command arms 6 inch rails fit the sides and the top perfect but the top wont be flush with the flattop upper and it wont work on the bootom guard because of the heatshield the screws arent long enough to go through and to screw into the rail

  • thanks for the info, that's new to me and good to know

  • Awesome looking rifle. Is a S&W M&P15 a good choice? I'm probably going to buy one within the next coupl of months. Any input is appreciated.

  • I would buy one. I have heard only good things from owners and most AR snobs
