  • I have personally found that the foam on the outside of the PVC pipe to be unnecessary. The PVC pipe all by itself works awesome at getting all those muscle kinks out before and after your workout and like he says lasts a lot longer than your typical foam roller. So dont waste the money on tape and foam just get yourself a nice cheap piece of PVC pipe.

  • I would recommend doing a few rounds with the foam and using duct tape instead of regular sticky tape.
