@angelkitten994 You DEFINITELY don't! Even those patch bras, DON'T! If you have a big bust, try to avoid this kind of dresses or try to find a dress made in a structured fabric. You can cheat by using tape to maintain your breast in place but if it's too big, just forget it. AND if you use tape, don't try to pull up your boobs, cause when you sweat, the tape will ''relaxe'' and after 2 hours, you'll probably end having a boob up to your chin and the other one under your navel (not chic* at all)!
