He doesn't act blocked. All of the blocked cats i dealt with were extremely lethargic, and nowhere near that lively. He is probably just pissed off at being at the vet!

This looks like an animal hospital... Burger must be blocked (why else would one be so teed off? ;) Vet Techs don't get enough credit or pay for what they deal with on a daily basis...
Poor cat. Cats and dogs get so antisocial when kept at the pound/human society. They have to be resocialized carefully, but a lot of animals even like this cat are not lost causes for someone with patience.
