Just an idea: when I make meatloaf I preheat the oven to 250..i aad the hamburger salt pepper one egg and crackers not bread crumbs I also add half a can of a 4 oz tamato sauce. mix it all together and put it in a 6inch by 6inch pan..so its kinda like a mini cake..and b4 I put it in the oven i had the other half of the tamato sauce on top and cook it for 2 hours...i want it well done but its still really juicy...try it its great
u should redo video. all u did is puting meat in shape and stuck in oven. you dont even have to do whole video and make new one with things to put in the meatloaf and add on to this one it be a great video if u do this. and even the sauce
I would never touch raw meat with my hands if I could avoid it. I use a spatula whenever I can. I only handle raw meat if I have to rinse it and wrap it in flour for frying. I don't mind handling raw fish. It's not as gross as handling raw beef with your hands.
I dont like touching it just because it feels slimy. But ever since i was a kid ive nibbled pieces of raw hamburger and its never hurt me.Tastes good too

Just curious...Did you mix a egg in the raw hamburger meat? Sometimes when I cook meat loaf it falls apart.
