This airport is awsome. I was there 2 years ago. LOL maaaaan when we went out to the beach the next day. we had fun the whole day just watching the planes land. The take offs are the best. If you are not careful and not holding on, you will be blown into the wather depending on where you are standing.

I'm from the island, and about couple times, the air france and klm's have clipped the fence dragging it when landing lol. Note also before extending the airport the runway was too short thats why the 747's had to make that approach.

And if the pilot did it intentionally, he'd be facing a very sudden early retirement.
