  • the whole video is poorly focused. Meanwhile, the little anti-Semite blathers on.

  • That was a very moving video. I also see many many ignorant comments on this page. About palestine, and about anything in the world in general. People should not speak if they do not have their facts straight. Palestine has and always will be under martial law under the laws of america and the US. The only place on earth apart from the Sudan, that "children" are recorded as "Having no Will to live". This is the truth, and sad if you ignore it.

  • god is logic = theoreticalphysics.webs.com

  • George Galloway was a Labour M.P. but got thrown out because he told the truth .He later came back as a Respect Party m.p.The Establishment has always vilified him for telling the truth.

  • I propose that we change the name of “Self-fulfilling prophecy” to “Auto-fulfilling prediction.” This is because the concept is purely temporal plane and has nothing to do with prophecy.

  • What is this bloviating twat Galloway doing bitching about the Palestinian terrorists when he was busy stealing money from the "food for oil" program? His argument might be worth listening to if he wasn't in Saddam's pocket.

  • @StaceyC123 you realize saddam has been dead for years right??

  • @16Canadian

You do realize that Galloway was in Saddam's pocket when Saddam was still alive, right?

  • @StaceyC123 He was not convicted of that charge, which was probably bogus. How was he "in Saddam's pocket"? You realise that Saddam Hussein worked for the CIA? He was trained by the USA.

  • @endofscene

"Probably bogus" huh? Which explains where he got more than 300 thousand pounds PER YEAR from, right? Hussein worked for anyone that he thought could get him what he wanted, including the CIA at times, but that obviates Galloway's lies how, exactly?

  • @StaceyC123 Well, the point is that Galloway was not convicted of those charges and claims the documents involved were fraudulent. You should watch him respond to the US Senate; it's quite inspiring. I, for one, believe him. I think he is a man of great integrity and morality and really stands up for what he believes in - qualities which I greatly admire.

  • @endofscene

Just like Madoff CLAIMED he was innocent too, right? Just like 99% of all politicians, Galloway is a lying parasite who will say whatever he thinks he needs to in order to butter his bread; as for his statements in front of the Senate, they were likewise going to charge him with perjury for deliberately lying under oath. The only thing he "believes in" is saying whatever will get him more money or power.

  • @StaceyC123 Madoff was convicted. Was Galloway convicted? I think your opinion of him is largely a projection of yourself.

  • @endofscene

Show me a crook (even a convicted crook) who DOESN'T claim to be innocent; this still doesn't explain the cozy little relationship this con-man had with Hussein, and for him to be ignoring Saddam's crimes against humanity as long as he's getting a cut of the profits shows that he doesn't deserve to be trusted any more than any other politician.

  • @StaceyC123 Lot's of convicted criminals admit their guilt and wrong-doing. "Cozy little relationship" - what does this even mean? You should watch the Senate hearing. Galloway testifies to meeting Saddam Hussein twice - the same number of times that Rumsfeld met Hussein, except Rumsfeld was selling him weapons. Anyhow, you obviously dislike the man for whatever reason - so be it. If you haven't watched the Senate hearing, you should. In any case, goodbye.

  • @endofscene

Lots of them MIGHT (after they're backed into a corner), but many more DON'T; that same Senate hearing was the same one where he was lying out of his ass about not getting paid to cover for Saddam's "food for oil" (that is "money for Saddam and George") program. And yu're right, I LOATHE this motherfucking weasel.

  • @StaceyC123 What an angry, cynical person you are. Well, he may have been lying. To my opinion and knowledge he wasn't. Obviously you disagree. If he was lying then there was obviously not enough evidence and consensus to convict him.

  • @endofscene

You say "cynical", I say "realistic"; we haven't even gotten to the fact that this weasel is happy lending support to terrorist groups like those in "Palestine", who see nothing wrong with deliberately blowing non-combatants into taco filling.

  • @StaceyC123 Well, one man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter. He believes that Palestine is an occupied terrority. The Palestinians have been abused ever since the inception of the state of Israel. There are two sides to every story.

  • @endofscene

As long as one side is paying him, you mean; the Palestinians have had every bit as much of a chance to have as successful a country as the Israelis have, ever since the Balfour Declaration, but each time they were offered the chance, the said "No! If we keep on fighting, we'll get it all anyway", but they can't even agree among themselves as to who hates the jews more, so they're happy killing each other as well as innocent civilians. You should LEARN both sides of the story.

  • @StaceyC123 I don't know what you're talking about. But I take it that you are Jewish and a Zionist.

  • @endofscene

No, I'm an atheist, and fighting over what you claim an imaginary invisible magic man in the sky is claimed to have said is insane; the Palestinians and the Jews were offered the EXACT SAME DEAL by the British before 1948, and the Jews said "Yes" because they knew they weren't going to get a better offer, while the Palestinians said "No, we want it all". They've had 3 chances for their own country now, and turned it down each time, because they'd rather be killing Jews.

  • @StaceyC123 I don't claim anything regarding that. Was it for the British to broker land for two different religious groups? I plead ignorance on the matter as I don't know the history. But this sounds like a real estate deal. Perhaps you can educate me to the history of it.

  • @endofscene

Because the British were the controlling power over the area at the time (they took control from the Ottoman Empire after WW1), they were the ones that the Jews and the Arabs approached when they wanted autonomy, The British realized that both sides had a valid claim in the area, and offered to split the territory in half, one half for the Jews, the other for the Arabs (the Balfour Declaration). WW2 interfered with this process, but the Jews accepted and the Arabs didn't.

  • @StaceyC123 (1) the Balfour Declaration did not give Arabs autonomy over their state. So it was inherently unfair and conflicted with the previous promise of self-rule.

    (2) The opinion of all Arabs in the land was not represented by those who got to vote on the Balfour Declaration.

    (3) Whatever political decisions were made regarding the area, nobody had the right to murder and abuse Arab inhabitants. You cannot not expect people to react to such behaviour.

  • @endofscene

    1) It was the IDENTICAL offer proposed to the Jews; should the Arabs have gotten preferential treatment?

    2) Ditto for the Jews.

    3) But the Arabs DO have the "right to murder and abuse Jewish inhabitants"? How come you expect the Israelis to simply put up with constant terrorism and not react?

  • @StaceyC123 No, it doesn't give anyone the right to kill or abuse others unless they are acting in self-defense. But that's the thing: each side thinks they are acting in self-defense. In many instances of the violence for both sides this is obviously not the case.

The situation calls for wisdom and compassion, and the realisation and proclamation that Israeli blood is not worth more than Palestinian blood, and Muslim suffering is no more important than Jewish suffering.

  • @endofscene

Then all it takes is for the Arabs to decide that they love their kids more than they hate the Jews; if the Arabs stop the terrorism, the needless killing and dying will stop.

  • @StaceyC123 The same could be said of the Israelis. But such a perspective is a gross over-simplification. There is now so much pain and anger and hatred on both sides that you can't expect either side to "just forget it". Israel is still illegally occupying Palestinian territory. That is the crux of the current situation.

I am not sure why, as a proclaimed atheist, you are in favour of Israel here. Your stance seems suspect.

  • @endofscene

Are the Israelis the ones sending their kids as human bombs into crowded marketplaces and celebrating with great glee whenever noncombatants are killed? Only one side is doing that in this case. Since the Palestinians have now turned down THREE chances for their own country, it's obvious they don't WANT their own country, and they'd rather be forever fighting (among themselves, if not against the Jews).

  • @StaceyC123 No, the Israeli army is killing people with bullets and missiles, which is more appropriate to their economic and military status. I don't know about celebrating with glee, but most Israelis don't seem to care less about the loss of Palestinian life. At least that is how it is portrayed in the media.

  • @endofscene

They wouldn't be there in the first place if the terrorists weren't indiscriminately launching missiles into Israel and sending human bombs into their territory; how long do you think ANY OTHER COUNTRY IN THE WORLD would have shown the restraint that Israel has shown in that situation? 6 hours, 6 days? Certainly not the 60 YEARS that the Arabs have been trying to eliminate Israel.

  • @StaceyC123 I don't know about restraint. They are there under certain UN guidlelines that they are already breaking. If they waged a full-out war then that would not bid well for international support, would it? The point is that Arabs are not going to stop resisting. According to them the Jews are occupying their territory and they are defending themselves and trying to get it back. You may not agree with this but unless you understand where they are coming from then you can't help.

  • @endofscene

They've shown more restraint than practically any other power in the world has since the end of WW2, and the Arabs take full advantage of that by stockpiling munitions in schools, hospitals and mosques, and by deliberately using civilians as shields whenever possible. By now, practically every other country would have steamrollered over any similar movement, instead of allowing the PA to use UN money to buy arms from Iran and smuggle them in.

  • @StaceyC123 At the end of the day this isn't about judging or blaming or calling one side wrong or bad. Such attitudes don't lead to healing. The situation is an acute symptom of a sick world. Both sides are suffering and the majority lack the wisdom to change the situation. There are a minority on each side who do have wisdom and intelligence and understanding, and most of them seem to be of the younger generations.

  • @endofscene

And as I said, as long as the Arabs hate the Jews more than they love their own kids, they are going to continue to indoctrinate them into climbing onto buses with explosive vests and building rockets to indiscriminately kill non-combatants. As long as that's happening, do you expect the Israelis to say "OK, keep on killing us."?

  • @endofscene

I'm not only an atheist, I'm a historian and an archaeologist; the Jews have a longer, stronger claim to a presence in that area (it was named "Judea": "land of the Jews", during the Roman period), but have shown a willingness to share it as long as they don't need to constantly worry about their neighbours trying to wipe them out; if they had lost ANY of the wars that have been launched against them since 1948, do you think Israel would exist today? Not a chance.

  • @StaceyC123 What wars have been launched against Jews since 1948? And what does losing wars have to do with anything? I don't care whether Israel exists today or not.

    Are you of Jewish heritage?

  • @endofscene

Are you THAT historically illiterate? The Arabs have tried to eliminate Israel in 1949, 1967, 1968-70, and 1973. Like the saying goes, "if the Arabs put down their arms, there will be peace, if the Israelis put down their arms, there will be no Israel". And no, I'm not Jewish or Israeli in any sense.

  • @StaceyC123 Yes, I am historically illiterate. Well, it seems that the Arabs don't want the Jews there, period. I think it was a stupid idea to put a Jewish state in Palestine and make modern Jews into farmers in Muslim territory. Yes, you can argue that it is rightfully theirs and bla bla but no one really owns any land or country. Things change. The establishment of a Jewish state in Palestine was just asking for trouble.

  • @endofscene

Wasn't it you who just said "there are 2 sides to every story"? The Jews were there BEFORE the Arabs were, and have been there consistently, under foreign rule for more than 2000 years. I don't doubt that the Arabs would line up every Jew in the world and strangle each of them slowly if they were given the chance, but is it too much to ask that this group of people have their own territory? Have you looked at a map lately, and can you see how much land each side has?

  • @StaceyC123 And more importantly, if you think that Israel was created for the Jewish Zionist cause then think again. John Perkins has explained the main reason in his book. It was for economic, military and political reasons. Money and power. The Jews have just been pawns in the process, unfortunately.

What should be done now to broker peace is for Israeli forces to withdraw from Palestinian territories.

  • @endofscene

And if you believe anti-semitic crap like the nonsense that Perkins write, then you're not interested in the truth to begin with. The Jews only want the same things that most other people want; a place to live and raise their kids in peace, and they managed to put together a country in a flea-bitten shithole corner of the world that has practically no natural resources. It pisses off the Arabs so much that the Jews were able to do that that they'd rather nuke it than have peace.

  • @StaceyC123 And how do you determine truth? I don't consider Perkins to be an anti-semite. And I don't see much point to continuing this dialogue.

  • @endofscene

Truth is determined by evidence and actions; when the PA is smuggling suitcases packed with cash meant for their civilian population into Egypt so they can go to Iran to buy more weapons, and when their population is busily indoctrinating their kids that it's a GOOD thing to kill yourself as long as you can take a Jew with you, then that shows me they don't give a fuck about anything except killing Jews, and they don't WANT peace to begin with.

  • People have had the choice for thousands of years to go with logic, critical analysis, and the fundamental understanding of what a human being is and how that effects our decisions. Yet we have never seen it happen, because people choose the emotional, illogical, unreasonable every single time.

Simply put, the world sucks because "you" are here.

  • No matter how civilized, open minded, willing one could be, there will ALWAYS be someone thinking "If I let him have his way, it will destroy everything I love".

This is not far fetched, only imperialist American, or evil, this simply is natural. The different will never be welcome by all, unless you force it, and that means dictatorship.

  • Life is never so simple, and the idea that a good heart and an optimistic approach to a situation will resolve everything is a straight up lie. Not because of bombs, armies, hate, greed, but because we adhere to something of a double edged sword called diversity, which means people have different ideas on how things should be, meaning you will, no matter what, confront people who think you are entirely wrong.

  • @Trollawk Diversity does not necessitate division. Disagreement does not have to mean disdain. It is possible for humanity to reach a higher level. In fact it is inevitable. It is only a question of how and when. But that is a collective decision lived on a daily basis. It is possible to love without attachment, but that only comes with wisdom and understanding (of the nature and purpose of Life).

  • Wolud you be willing to trade all those years for one chance, just one chance, to come back here and tell the goverment that they may take our rights but they will never take our FREEDOM!!!!!!

  • It's the usual crap distributed under a fake title - if it makes you think then I hope that you start questioning the statements and cross check on the Internet yourself.

  • Amazing...This is powerful and makes you think.

btw, what's the name of the song?

  • @TheTheistHater0042 It's from the Braveheart Soundtrack.

  • @endofscene Thank you

  • this... has nothing to do with religulous

  • WTF is this crap?

  • That was one of the most powerful and woefully accurate speeches I have ever heard, Kudos George.

  • If God could talk to us this what he would say.THANK YOU Grorge Galloway

  • a true hero George Galloway and the only one

  • He really is a brave man. He really is an honest politician i(f he represents me, I would be very proud) - IS he real?...Great comments!

  • Great video. Well done. Magnificent editting.

  • lol this was so stupid.. i hope that country burns to the ground

  • It is funny how one day liberatads will make an emotional video about "FREEEEEEDOM" and talk about how the Constitution gave us independence . . . and then next day trash-talk the the Constitution and tell everyone that it is an "outdated" document.

  • @konman001

I find it funny when dimwitted people talk as if the constitution is the same as it was the day it was singed.

As if being sheltered by fox news has left them ignorant of who the political system even works.

Have they ever heard of amendments I wonder? The only thing constant is change. It is the driving force of life. Even morality is objectionable and my need consideration as to what we see as moral.

  • Fuck you for lying about the title to get us to watch this communist shit.

  • Hahaha do you know what communism even is? By the way are you american?

  • @Panadoksis No, I'm English and Communism is a political system where all major industries are owned by the state.

  • I stand corrected, I apologize for my mistake. But I cant see communism in this video.

  • @Panadoksis Not exactly, but you do see opposition to unrestrained free-market capitalism, i.e. invading countries for oil under the pretense that they contain terroists with WMDs. So the Bush Government lied to millions of Americans and got thousands killed for oil, it was all in the name of capitalism and was thus worth it.

  • @okayokayokayokayboh It was also worth all the deaths of British troops and Iraqi civilians to. What can I say? I'm just evil. I can't help it.

  • @okayokayokayokayboh Nah you're no more evil then any other "fundamentalist" or "extreemist", but capitalism is usually not good for the people, it's freggin great for the ones on top, but quite horrible for those at the bottom.

  • is that the "Braveheart" theme in the beginning?

  • @john12892 Yes.

  • all i can think to say after seeing this vid is...THANK YOU VERY MUCH! there appears to be at least one human being still fighting for his people.

  • Fuck yeah ...

  • Yeah I don't know how you can seriously use George Galloway for a motivational piece. Do some research on him.

  • @assistantpeanut and we would find what exactly? considering hes apperance before the u.s. senate and you being a yank, your weak insult doesnt really come as a surprise, or even hold any weight...

  • what is the name of that british mp at the beginning?

  • @fleury150 george galloway.

  • so u tell me every one is blind and only this man is the one that see this shit ?this guy is going to lose his job i promise. brave man .

  • tymoor99

correct ! he is a brave man A Big thing these days to be honest .........AND a politician !

  • indeed i salute this man

  • go with it

  • people do speak like that in our country haven't you seen Obama's latest speech on sending troops to afhganistan. Oh yeah but they didn't post sad clips up and have braveheart theme music playing in the backround to that speech! Is that all it takes to make people think a speech is powerful... LOL he could be telling straight lies for all you know. Hitler was the most powerful speaker of all time.

  • janeiser34

Except hes not talking shit or telling straight lies IS HE ?

    ( anal little shit)

  • But Hitler was christian too

  • Good point made by a complete tosser.

  • "installed a gang"

arent all those countries ruled by gangs we placed??

  • Canadians and Mexicans want the transcript of this speech. Thank you.

  • we sud be able to be free and chose who are we and not hate eachother for it das wat dey use against us our hate for eachother

  • He had this music and clipshow playing in the background as he made the speech.

    Just kidding.

Why don't American politicians speak like this nowadays?

    PS. The Secret? What? Why?

  • cause most American politicians are bible thumping ignorants.

  • I wouldn't say most, but the problem is, the ones that aren't are so caught up in winning over voters that honesty and outright passion for their own country, people, etc. is never even entered into the equation. It's all about money, power, and sheer likeability, which is absurd to me.

  • @moneyall " If loving the Lord is wrong, I don't wanna be right "

  • @moneyall

you have made a mistake, my friend.

they are PSEUDO-Christians. fakers. politicians who talk about their faith are putting on a facade. if you cant see that, you belong in the same group as the fools who vote for these fake Christians.

words from an actual Christian. when youre one of those, its easy to point out the fake assholes

  • not true. they portray themselves as such. they are actually avid satanists

  • This speech is great, every person should see this.

  • Comment removed

  • how is this a Response to the Movie Religuloues???

  • Bless u George,,,,

  • My thoughts eloquently put.What a speech.

  • what an amazing speech

  • who is he?

  • George Galloway.

  • they are all criminals

  • Wow!!

    Serious ownage! Galloway ROCKS!

  • there is truth in both yer comments,,,,christ did preach against the church......if he existed that is.

  • Are you saying Jesus didn't exist? Only an idiot would think that Jesus didn't exist. . .

  • Why?? That book is for retards

  • Why what? Why say, "Only idiots think Jesus didn't exist?"

The answer is, because Jesus was REAL, whether he was the messiah or not is questionable, but the fact that he existed isn't. He did actively oppose the church, and he did have a cult following that blossomed into a religion. Whether what he said was true or not is the question, not whether he existed.

Now, to say the Bible is for retards is a bit. . . Douche-baggish don't you think?

I'm not a retard and I read the bible. I believe

  • in evolution, abiogenisis, the Big Bang Theory, and I believe in God and I read the Bible. Just because you read the Bible doesn't automatically make you a retard. You have to know what you believe, and I do.

I know that the Bible was created by man and doesn't get the creation story correct, but I also believe in the Christian God and that he created the universe (No matter how long it took).

Now, if you weren't talking about what I thought, then I am SORRY! I didn't mean to go off on you!:)

  • cmon man!!! They say all sorts of crap in religious books not just the bible, there claims of miracles virgin births etc. There is no lovig god. And why believe in a god who sends people to be tortured forever for just not loving it. A character like that would be worse than hitler. But its not real.

  • So, can you PROVE there is no god?

I'm not 100% sure there is a god and you shouldn't be 100% sure there isn't.

It wouldn't be worse than Hitler, because Hitler cared how you looked, whether you were gay, your blood line. I don't think anything in any religious text says something like that.

  • I cant prove there isnt a god just like i cant prove that fairies dont exist! They both are as unlikely as each other. The burden of proof is on you to prove a god exists.

And no god would be worse he tortures people forever just for not believing in him! But he doesnt exist so.

  • I don't think you're getting the point I'm trying to make. You have to keep your mind open towards religion, because you cannot know until after death. I mean, if you're right, so be it. Nothing happens, woop-dee-doo.

    What if you're wrong?

And about hatred and violence, that's human nature my friend. When you get a bunch of people together with different backgrounds, there will ALWAYS be fighting, whether they're religious or not. That's part of being an animal; competition.

  • jesus was mentally-challenged

  • I'm not sure why it irks you so much that someone believes in god. I mean, why bash another person's beliefs?

I don't care that you don't believe in god. I'm not even 100% sure there is one. Still, don't be a jerk about it.

  • I believe in a god, just not anyone's god. I believe in uncertainty.

  • I agree with you, sort of. I believe in the christian God, but I do not believe the bible has it 100%. I believe there is a creator of the Universe, and is somewhat like what the Christians say, but the way Christians act isn't how I think people should act, they're hypocritical. Now, I don't necessarily believe Jesus was the 'messiah.' Then again, I'm not saying he isn't.

I'm big on science also, as I have stated. So my beliefs are pretty well rounded.

  • In my opinion there is no relation between christian god and the real god. I think god is a force that guides us along the path of evolution and created the universe. Not for humanity but for all life in the universe. How is life so perfect? There must be a guiding force. What perplexes me is that there seems to be no point in creating such a universe. There is no ultimate goal and if you think even deeper than that what is the point of having an ultimate goal?

  • I feel the same way, I just believe the way christians perceive a god (kind to all beings) is the kind of god I believe in.

  • Ah, I see. I try not to make too many assumptions. Why make beliefs? I just make theories, or possibilities.

  • Same, because you can never truly know the beginning or how it all started.

  • Exactly, anyone who is intelligent enough too understand that has my respect.

  • Vice versa.

  • so are you a Christian?

  • Believe it or not, yes. I know all of what I said down there may lead you to think otherwise I am. I just have a totally different view on God and the bible then other Christians do.

  • Because it is the cause of such hatred and violence in the world!

  • At least you aren't someone who is always, "BLAH BLAH BLAH, THERE IS NO GOD YOU STUPID PRICK!" Thank you for having tolerance at least.

  • runnysmokey0304 i feel so sorry for you of your comment - you got it all twist'd. JC and God are not poster boy- heck there are not of man. Religion is not or was Christ he actually hated it himself...its THE CHURCH the poster of that. May i recommend reading the book of Matthew

  • thanks for the post!!! Peace to you and yours!

  • Putting the Braveheart music over this speech is lame beyond belief, as is posting a video unrelated to the title

  • he may be fake, but his message is so true

  • Fucking waste of time you silly prick.

  • THE AWAKENING

  • Bravo! Politicians that are not afraid to speak the truth and from the heart - very rare indeed in the US. As usual, the allies that answer the call from the u.s are paying the ultimate price and there NEVER a mention of these men and women on ANY american channel.

  • 'leftist'? Is that a word?

  • How? It's the truth.

  • Comment removed

  • this is actualy very moving

  • ahh braveheart. Freeeeeedomm!!!

  • Wow.

Orchestra + accent + dramatic pauses in delivery = EPIK.

  • Check out user/GeorgeGaIIoway on YouTube.

  • wow that speech really reached out.......

  • the music helped but yes yes it did

  • Wow. It's amazing what some emotional music can do for a speech.

  • Wow who is this scotsman,he s telling the real shit.

  • He's George Galloway

  • @FakeTitle the guy our cunt of a prime minister (steven harper) wouldnt allow into canada to speak. Harper is canadas bush.

  • @TheCaptainLulz all of the parties of canada suck. especially NDP and green party

  • its william wallace

  • @gazzi22 did you ever see George Galloway testify in front of our senate. He hands them their asses on a platter. He IS every bit a true Patriot by definition. Did U ever listen to the great speech-makers of the past like Kennedy MLK etc. The politicians and leaders of today are spineless jellyfish. I say If your not at lease pissing someone off with your statements, then sit down because your not saying anything worth listening to. George Galloway is the best speaker Ive ever listened to.

  • It's said best in the quote "Evil wins, when good men do nothing."

John F. Kennedy is a man ahead of his time. If we had him for president today, or instead of Bush (preferrably instead of Bush), so much more would have been done.

  • FREEEEEEEDOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!

  • HAHAHAHA

  • lmaooo that would be totally fitting

  • @undacheese hahahahahahahha

  • George Galloway is the man. best man ever!

  • Everybody should listen to Galloway's speech. The full hypocrisy of politics is incomprehensible.

  • George Galloway is great! nice vid

  • who is giving the speech in the beginning of this video?
