The song basically summarizes the feelings of Rei, Reika and every female ghosts in the game. It talks about their longing for their lovers and would do anything to be with them. It's really sad. and heart-wrenching if you ask me.

This song was made because of the game, so I've heard from some people. And Koe means Voice.
