funniest thing about MASTER greg is that he can't see that making internet martial arts course is so damn pointless. Go to the real gym training (just once), and you'll get it why...
Huh, maybe marines should start training via skype. Sure, there must be someone watching videos of them shooting :)
If my info is correct one of Greg's students is to join the military. I guess he will be learning what his Nintaijutsu black belt is worth the hard way.
I agree... but maybe its a karma for her ..she want probably lose her life in this bullshitt maybe one day she wake up...i hope for all the followers of this fraud fake master...if choson read this .i ask a question "couse he block me on all his page" why you dont come in Japan in some dojo and you prove your skill in front of the student and record on video like a popstar ..i give you the address...?
its beautifull because they real belive in what they do ...i dont understand... they are crazy? or maybe they are to lazy to go in a real dojo and learn some ..its to difficult wake uo in the morning , read books, learn and practice...better watch naruto and eat hamburger and coke....
It's sad really. If Janet had stayed with Kenpo she would have learned something legitimate and real. Now she's just a meat puppet and Greg is pulling her strings.
hahahaha i love this guy is so FAKE i want to kick is ass soon... he learn this move in sailor moon anime? there is no point teach wrong things why ? please why is so ignorant?
I just realized that if this block is done with the footwork that Greg showed, ie stepping back on an angle, the body is effectively moved out of the path of the strike anyway, so what need is there to throw up not only one, but two arm blocks, one of which is not even anywhere near the striking limb? It simply makes no sense to block. I can see if you use the leading arm to attack the attacking limb, but there is absolutely no reason to block here!
Should this stance be called "Holding the Bucket" or "Exposing the Trunk"?
more fantasy bullscheiss. OF COURSE ninjas had no problem stomping hordes of zombies and military commandos while carrying buckets on their heads. they were just that bad-a.
according to greg janet is an "ADVANCED nintaijutsu instructor". his most senior student, she has been training with greg for at least 5 years and yet she still looks like an absolute beginner. greg is not qualified to teach, janet is proof of that. WAKE UP PEOPLE!
@JuzoOtomo Hey Juzo. Good point. I am starting to think that the reason so many still follow Greg is a symptom of the Generation that is emerging. It seems prevalent that the current generation prefers receiving instant gratification without having to do much work for it. Also you will find very few of the younger generation that do not rely upon the internet for their desired information. No one wants to talk face to face with a real person anymore. They want to communicate online!
@ExposeChosunNinja I agree, Expose. A lot of people from my generation (I'm 16) spend more time with their eyes on a computer screen than they do with their eyes on real people. I knew a guy that found out I was a Bujinkan student and wanted me to "teach" him via YouTube messages. I didn't even reply - first of all I'm a 4th kyu thus not qualified to teach, secondly there's NO way you can actually learn MA online. Greg's students are a conveniently ideal example.
There's nothing wrong with giving pointers. But that's all they will ever be: pointers. If you want to learn the real deal you still have to go the distance. Litterally and figuratively.
@Micahel213 Exactly. Many people today aren't willing to do that. They just want it served to them on a silver platter free of charge, free of hassle, free of work.
@ninpo4life The absolute stupidest thing that I have seen is youth sitting side by each on a park bench, there eyes glued to they're f**king Black Berry's or IPhones texting each other! I mean WTF! Turn your head, open your mouth and speak! I just don't get it!
As nintaijutsu is a fantasy martial art. She is a fantasy instructor. She should stick to cheerleading or something. Supposedly she is going to post tutorials on stickfighting. At the most she'll be doing some twirling to impress lamen. All the rest will be as slow as all her other tutorials (why they bother with slomo is beyond me).
@Kungfumastertraining I remember that guy, I think the name was ninjaspot and he was beaten badly. I think he was with greg sence the begining of gregs old channel. funny thing is greg blames him for losing.
@supergamerman100 That is because it would be grossly out of character for Greg to take responsibility for the results of his shawdy skills, and poor instruction capabilities. He puts up those disclaimers so that he doesn't have to take responsibility for his actions.
@ExposeChosunNinja like that "entertainment only" disclaimer. I always wounder why none of his students question him on that when it tell people to find a "real" teacher to help you.
they need to understand they cant learn in something doesnt existe its not real ...or maybe they wanna play like a cosplay..i say something to choson: if you wanna know if your skill are good you need to fight against other school but you have scare couse you know you are a fake
I wouldn't go as far as wanting to see him fight for real. Though that would be interesting. I would settle to see him compete in the ring or at the very least do some unscripted full contact sparring with a skilled partner.
Fundamental flaws aside, you are correct. Why would any responsible head instructor allow one of his assistant instructors post a tutorial on Youtube that is that fundamentally incorrect? Why not make it so that he has to approve each video before they post them, so as to ensure that the content is correct before posting them. Unless of course the head instructor is just making shit up as he goes along, and keeps moving the goal post!
Why would he allow it? I speculate that he tells her to post them. I think Janet doesn't dare to fart without asking Greg if it's okay for her to relax her sphinxter.
This is not even mentioning the fact that his "Holding the Bucket" technique is fundamentally flawed in almost every way, and would not be effective in a real fight. It has more wasted movements than you can shake a stick at, that have no purpose other than to make it look cool to young naive kids. This makes the technique slow in it's execution, and in a dynamic fight situation would get the user's ass handed to them.

Because he tries too hard to be different. Actually I think he gets his idea from th real Nintaijutsu as described in the Encyclopedia for Naruto.
Btw. I do not wish him any harm though he does seem to want his critics to get hurt.
