She does have a strong in some of her songs, some of her later songs because her voice developed and if her voice developed in english, she'd also have a strong voice singing english songs without the computerised vocals to hide her accent as well.

How is insulting an artist is proving your own point? Arguing is pointless, everyones going to have their own opinion about it. Artists have different voices and are good singers in their own ways. My opinion is that I like boa more, because shes had years of coaching. If you've seen her in the DBSK Triangle video you'll see how the songs in the english album aren't meant to show her singing talent, just to be attractive to english listeners.
Lady Gaga is absolutely not good. Her voice sounds raspy and like she has been drinking heavy the night before. She tries to hard to stand out and the way she does that, is just disgusting.
