  • You should have payed your power bill

  • "What's that jet doing?"

    DUH! FLYING!

  • "(NOTE interesting streak of light right behind jet at 0.49.27)"

It's an artifact on the film, they are very common, it has no relation to the plane.

  • Pilots use a house/building that stands out, like a isolated farmhouse....to practise bomb/rocket runs.....i have been buzzed twice by jets.....practising their runs...once in the Falklands Conflict....and once whilst on the platform at Eurotunnel....and they were very low indeed, and the noise alone was scary.

  • wow, you obviously dont know anything about aviation...the t-38 is a fighter trainer, and they practice low levels all the time, you live in a rural area where low level flights are approved by ATC all the time...another great example is Altus AFB, OK which in that area allows C-17's to fly at 300 ft to practice their low levels...i assure you the trainer jet was not diving towards anyone's house

  • wtf i see those where i live (hyde park ny) and one day it was mad cloudy and i here like a fucking squad of jets and i saw one of these the other day

  • The fighter jet was an F-5 Tiger.

  • fiquem atentos para o que acontece dos 49' aos 51' s do voo. Muito curioso

  • dont post...

0:49-50, ... see wht streak, dont think thats a film glitch. the plane is definitely a spook.

    Take Care,

    Love

    Louie

  • I'd say you got you a spook on film.

Guess you did too by the looks of the tags you filed it under.

    Take Care,

    (both planes were)

  • Nosey ass people

  • оператор мудак смореть нечего

  • i have had that a tonne of times helicopter once went over and it looked like it only just managed to miss the tv ariel. i dont know why they want to fly so damn low but its annoying due to the mass vibrations caused, especially by the choppers. I live in the uk BTW

  • HE#S YOUR TOP GUN PILOTS.

    TJ

  • HE'S A TOP GUN PILOT NO MISTAKES.

    TJ

  • when I was a kid the air force in my country used to train every few weeks and would fly low and fast over the countryside. sometimes the house and windows would shake as they flew over, and could give you a fright. since then they have disbanded the strike wing of the air force and I haven't seen or heard a jet fighter in years.

  • thats what you get for staling cable.

  • I suspect an air show in the area or perhaps the pilot knew someone around your area. Who knows, maybe he was doing some simulated dime drops on your homes. Hey, gotta practice somehow, there's a war going on ya know, lol.

  • the t-38's still belong to the military in 2008, the air force uses t-37's and t-38's for training AC

  • If this bothered you you wouldn't want to live in Kansas. With 4 large aircraft companies doing flight testing in the area and B-1 bombers out of South Dakota running low practice missions in the area we get pretty used to seeing planes below the treelines.

  • No Fighter, T-38. You live underneath the flight path of the local pattern at Wright Patterson. Obviously, you want attention. Look at all the false tags you put down under your video :

    Tags:

Fighter jet low swoop dive bomb crash SETI Alien UFO stunt airplane attack roar close WPAFB extreme level fly WOW! T-38

  • Do not live even close to Wright Patterson

  • thats what you get for walking otuside with a towel on ya head, they think your an iraqi, and maybe it was a stunt pilot if stunt pilots are in the area Duh dawg

  • military exercise

  • Where was the low flying jet in this video? The still shots are taken from a video but are zoomed in to make it look close. crap vid.

  • The first still was from a 35 mm camera. The video camera wasn't ready until the plane was higher.

  • @IrenaScott what a coincidence that the camera wasn't ready until the jet was higher. -_______-

  • @TranSyygr It was a complete surprise. Was lucky to get film into two camera and photograph anything.

  • Lol some hillbilly "Whats that jet doing!" Hahaha funny, " Well it was Low....it shook the barn!" XDXDDXDXD!!!!

  • I live in NW Indiana ~30mi. from Chicago, and every year these guys "practice" over my neighborhood for the Chicago Air Show. It's pretty awesome to see a fighter jet do a barrel roll over your house, which was probably the case here. :o)

  • Thanks. It was definitely awesome. I have the exact date and checked for air shows, right after it happened. Could find no air shows any where near here.

  • Maybe ther was a TFR in effect for some reason or another. What was the exact date and time and where is this? Aerobatics are legal as long as its not a densly populated area.

  • The 'Streak' at 0.49.27 (re description) is what is known as Biological Civilian Distraction Temperamental Aviation Devises. This is a new and up-coming controlled mechanism featured in low flying jets that can inhibit the carcinogenic influences that are left behind by the fuel deposits earlier in the flight.

    So no need to worry.

  • Nice video! my names Nicole, kinda feelin bored if any1 wants to join me on cam or wana chat i will be signed on at __ FriendlyFlirts(.COM) __ my user ID there is Nicole_ksvposnlieo chat soon xx its FR33 to j0in! mwah

  • Yup an F5. As far as I know they're only used for airshows anymore... at least in the US. Was there an airshow nearby? 'Nearby' could be 15 miles away when you're talking about an F5 ;)

    Cool jet eh?

  • None in the state

  • Weeeeeird...

  • how the hell do you know? The video was taken in 93. Did u somehow go back and check the "air show records" from that year to come to this conclusion?

  • The air show records were checked right after it happened.

  • T-38, Sheppard AFB, same paint..F-5s look very similar but not the same.

There isnt any F-5s owned by Civilians in the United States except Capt (ret) Dale "Snort" Snodgrass, who got an CF-5 Last Summer I do recall. Most F-5's you see used by the military are either Top Gun trainer aircraft for rookies to "engage" as a Mig etc.

Many T-38s go in for refuels all around the state, shoulnt be a big deal.

  • Not an F-5. Its a T-38 and it is used extensively by the U.S. Airforce to train future jet pilots.

  • Thats a T-38 from USAF Air Education and Training Command.

  • Tiger f5

  • Tiger f5
