I know a lot of people hate Nathan, and I'm not saying he's my favorite... but I think he genuinely does hate himself for a lot of stuff. Pressuring his kid brother into bad choices, and 13 years in civil care has gotta take a lot out of a person. People who blame / hate themselves for things all hide it differently, and imho Nathans alpha male bullshit is his way of hiding in plain site. just my thoughts.

Why not use a professional handicapper to make the race fair? I remember they did that during the first season. Wal was the fastest and strongest so he had to start back at the beginning. And Ruth would get a ten or fifteen meter head start. I guess they don't care if Nathan wins every challenge.
