I lived in Shittsburgh for 3 winters. I remember when they closed this tunnel for repairs. When it re-opened, I noticed dirty and missing tiles and thought, what the fuck did they close it for? That's when I hit a pothole (of course!).

Pittsburgh sucks. And it should be called "da Pitts" rather then da burg

Pittsburgh has to have the coolest entrance to a city ever..went there last Feburary for the Super Bowl parade and I was amazed when we exited the tunnel

There is NO other city that is as much fun to ride a motorcycle in...tunnels and bridges everywhere!

This well known (secret) fact escapes so many because of the Fort Pitt Tunnel vista.

I like both east and west panoramas equally.

Most people can't handle the Grey skies. But a Pittsburgher enjoys them, its the best time to study or go to the basement or garage to work on your personal projects.

the squirrel hill tunnels are my favorite too. i moved to florida in 2001 and i miss going through the tunnels in pittsburgh. that was always the best part when driving to pittsburgh, going through the tunnels and then the city appears. awsome awsome awsome awsome

Pittsburgh is so unique, that's a good way to put it! It's too bad people don't know how great it is. Anyway, unfortunately this video doesn't do it justice. To drive through the tunnel and see the skyline just appear before your eyes in person, is just phenomenal!
