Yeahhhp I've raced quite a few v8 mustangs wit my max... 04 6speed and I take em all usually... Lol pretty sad that a v8 muscle car can't take a v6 family sedan.. Go figure. Even the new v8's now they put up a good fight but can't win. Now got an intake, ypipe and catback and that alone gave a nice power boost to the Max... Enough to run with the newer stangs...

The maxima 6spd is a mid 14 second car stock add a couple small mods (which I have) and ur just about in the 13s. Soo yeah.. The max is gonna smoke the typeS. A Maxima beating a Type-S, lmfao. yeah right. My friend has an essentially stock Type-S apart from a Megan catback and a Type R intake mani and he hung with an LT1! Not bad for a stock 2.0 rofl. Either way at the end of the day Hondas are some of the most reliable cars out there and some offer 100horse/liter. No other car company offers that. And my buddy's D16 is a stock block with a Greddy 15g putting down 70-80 more horse still on a stock motor and internals. Any other car would've blown up.

On top of all you sti evo whatever rider boys I'd rather have a chipped (and BMW warranty approved) 335 pushing almost 400hp, be a comfortable car, within warranty, and built better than any jap car out there, they are designed to handle the speed they are capable of and are one of the most well balanced cars out there hence why tirerack and some tire mfrs use 3series as their test car. German engineering can't beat it guys sorry.

I strongly disagree. Learn to take care of a car before you buy it. Maxima's are all great cars, just keep up with routine Maintenance it will last you way longer than your 3 series. Trust me on this, an STi will punk any of those 3 series piles of shit.

the s2000 has a 2.2 liter with 240 hp

maximas are a 4 door that is ugly and has a 6 cylinder

maximas have 220ish hp stock(that year atleast) that rsx has 200hp stock not to mention its not stock

honda engines create hp much more efficiently than nissan

rsx has a 2.0L with around 200hp the sentra has a 2.4 with 177hp
