I've noticed, every child virtuoso on the guitar is very technical, no emotion. It sounds FANTASTIC, but for me, music is an expression of feelings, not just playing the instrument like a video game....

the reason is that children don't have experience yet to feel so much pain brought about by heartache or grief of losing someone you love. joy is just one shade and everyone can identify with it, but not pain, it has a lot of shades.

this kid has direct channel to the spirit of music himself! I have no other explanation. he grasps the innermost core of a song and reveals it to us in a rendition free from vanity, pride or conceit!

every single note he plays is in perfect balance to the structure of the whole song!

and as a result of this, I can listen to him over and over and over without getting tired of his playing ... and so he becomes my ultimate reference in the world of fingerstyle guitar! - fascinating!
