He is originally Saudi, His mother is Bahraini and his father is Saudi! He lives in Bahrain at the moment! he has nothing to do with egypt nor Kuwait! I am sure, I know him.
it is all the same whether it is in Egyptian or Gulf dialect... a singer sings to present some enjoyment to listeners!!! and the last should listen to music without discussing personal things of the singer ;)

He is NOW singing in Egyptian dialect..as a matter of fact it is written in the gulf style..(meaning eastern Saudi, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, UAE etc...for those who didnt know) and Rashed himself was born in Saudi and now residing in the UAE...
