yes the apex can fit a model 98 cuz i have 1.....but i get a different barrel that can fit the apex tip the the stock 1 is shit.....and u gotta get a condom that fits over a apex.....usually a flatline condom will fit over it.........the u gotta lern how to use the apex,,,,,i got both the apex and the flatline and the apex takes a little more getting used to
