  • I'm looking at buying one of these and scanning you tube to see how to get the best out of it. I've used several power tools and always like to give the tool the proper use and respect that it deserves.

Is there a reason why the tool is upside down? It looks like you're at risk of cutting the wire, along with other errors commented on already.

I'm viewing this as a "how not to" video and as such I've learned a lot from it, many thanks to the expert on the video.

  • This is not the proper way to use a reciprocating saw.

    1. Blade is in backwards. Although the blade can be inserted either way, this is incorrect.

    2. It is a reciprocating saw and the shoe is there to rest upon the material you are cutting in order to minimize vibration. Why do you need to move the saw back and forth when its design does that?

  • You didn't teach us HOW at all. Is this Part I and there are other parts?

  • why doing u use a chop saw or a skill saw its faster and safer
